8 high Testosterone habits

  1. Sleep like a caveman

You want to wake up with morning wood because it’s one of the signs your body is recovering properly, your sleep is on point, and your hormones are doing their job. Sleep like your ancestors did in a dark room with no blue light, no notifications, and no late-night scrolling.

  1. Sprint like someone is chasing you

Your body was built for explosive movement. Short, intense sprints can help build power, improve fitness, and give your body a strong signal to adapt.

  1. Eat the whole egg

Stop throwing away the yolk. The yolk contains important nutrients and healthy fats your body uses to support hormone production.

  1. Touch grass (literally)

Get outside and get morning sunlight. It helps regulate your body clock, improve sleep quality, and supports healthy testosterone levels.

  1. Stop living in a permanent cut

Being shredded 365 days a year sounds good until your energy, recovery, and hormones start taking a hit. Your body needs enough fuel to perform.

  1. Do hard things on purpose

Cold showers, tough workouts, and uncomfortable challenges build discipline. A stronger mind helps you stay consistent with building a stronger body.

  1. Lift heavy things

Your body adapts to the stress you place on it. Progressive overload and challenging training help build muscle and support a strong physique.

8.Walk after your meals

The underrated habit most men ignore. A simple walk after eating can help manage blood sugar, improve digestion, reduce stress, and support overall health.

Follow me. Literally THE cheat code to up your testosterone.

Posting 9x a day

So everyone knows you posts 2hours and 30 minutes apart as a minimum. I've been posting 5-6x a day. I want to push this. Can I post 9 times a day? Or will that get me shadow banned? Am I a pioneer and nobody really knows?

From Prey to Predator.

I wasn't born confident.

I was the quiet kid. Overweight. Comfortable. Avoiding hard things. Letting life happen to me instead of taking control of it.

For a long time, I lived like prey.

Then I realised something...

No one was coming to save me.

So I started changing.

I trained my body. I strengthened my mind. I learnt to defend myself. I built discipline instead of excuses. I stopped chasing comfort and started chasing purpose.

This isn't about becoming aggressive.

It's about becoming capable.

Capable of protecting the people you love. Capable of carrying responsibility. Capable of facing hardship without running from it.

I'm still far from the finished product.

But every day, I choose growth over comfort.

The goal isn't to become better than other people.

The goal is to become stronger than the person you were yesterday.

The hunt isn't against others. It's against the weaker version of yourself.

DM me "Unleash" when you're actually ready to change your life.

Discipline Over Feelings

Discipline is choosing what you want most over what you want now.

Nobody claps for the early mornings, the quiet reps, or the decisions you don’t post online. But that’s exactly where your future is being built.

Every time you do what you said you would do, even when you don’t feel like it, you’re shaping a stronger version of yourself.

Not motivated. Not perfect. Just consistent.

Keep going.

Marketing Ideas for fragrance brand

I've recently become a co owner of a small fragrance brand. It is muslm owned, affordably priced fragrances similar to big expensive brands. What kind of strategies have worked well in the past. What angles are best to take? And on the Facebook Ads and website, what are the main considerations? Organic social media post formats and content pillars?

I've turned into such a bum

I was so focused, honestly crazy focused so disciplined for so long then all of a sudden descended into bumhood. For the last 6 months I've been a bum. I had a businesses they basically stopped. I just don't know what to do anymore. My self-esteem is low I'm trying to be better but when I sit down to do some work I'm just frozen.

Being chaste is lonely

Asalamu alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.

I feel highly embarrassed as I'm someone trying to advocate against zina highly often showing hadith and helping men stay away from lust.

Let me set the stage.

I revert at 18, still virgin, no girlfriends. I was fat going up and had very low self-esteem, even suicidal, people would laugh in my face. I started going to they gym and got In shape started to get wiser and girls really started to like me. But by now I'm Muslim so I can't do anything. So I'm going to college 19yr and girls want me left right and centre, I have the pick, anyone I want. I was 6'1ft, mixed race, big and muscular, I can drive, I was praying all sunnahs and doha, fasting. I lower my gaze and keep moving. Girls come up want my number some come directly, some send their friend. I have to say no and stay way. One girl she was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen and the desire she felt for me was unreal, no words needed to be said the tension when we were in the same room could be smelt. Obviously, I lower my gaze when I saw her but I felt her eyes drawing me. My mates at the time would say how she and other girls would look at me. I was young dumb 2 years into Islam, I had heard from multiple people tht she wanted to do lets just say.... sexual things with me. Basically her friend came and asked for my number for her then I asked her for her dad's number and she said no and I was a bit shocked. I she was muslim but didn't wear hijab, darkskin, west African honestly wow. She then came back saying she wants to reconsider, I and that doesn't mean marriage, that means.. well, grown up stuff.

I stayed away and resisted and soon college ended. From that experience and other stories of denying lust I feel a crazy amount of strength and confidence I said no to the girl of my dreams (at the time).

But the nights get lonely, and the silence is defining. The desires screaching and scratching the walls of my mind.

I'm 22 now and honestly not in a position financially to get married. Still virgn and staying chaste, no girlfriends. I realised even men need to wear a hijab, I wear baggy clothes to cover my nice parts hoping one day I can share them with someone who will appreciate what I guard.

But right now mabye it's just a bad night, but iman feels low, I'm practicing, I fast, pray, all a dat but it's just a bad day.

I'm thinking yeah I'm virgin and staying chaste for Allah, but I also want a virgin wife, so it's equal.

But her I'd the thing I know muslim guys who let's say.... are different now. But basically even girls who where hijab or niqab and will say they are virgin have sinned and done some very, very... very disturbing things. Since my college days I've thought a lot and underatood womens phycology alot more not the rubbish you will here from articles online but actually understand their choices and just by looking at a person you can tell so much and then the way they speak, the actions they take, The way they react.

And that's the thing the "good religious guy" could be marrying the women with disturbing past and then there is a guy thinking if only you knew the things she did. And even the Ex players let's call them marry virgin righteous women. So in the end it feels a bit like all what's the point if I can just have any girl I want then go back and have my virgin righteous wife, and she will get the version of me that knows how to make her tick instead of the virgin clueless guy.

I keep thinking back to Quran and Hadith like would you want zina for your own mother and the rewards of chastity in this life.

And I know that even if I did do *cough sound effect* then the desire would just come back again trying to fill an unfillable hunger.

And to be honest I know the only way to get some sort of forfillment even temporarily would be through marriage but honestly it feels so far away for me that I am almost hopeless. I'm still hopeful but it's hard to see through the fog of doubt.

The culture in the UK promotes fornication and promiscuity.

And honestly it feels so isolating being chaste all the brothers who are righteous and chaste, are married and 25+. I feels like I'm the gullable loser for being chaste. And all of this saying no to women I just want someone I can finally say yes to.

To be honest I just need to work harder or chill out, it's pointless pondering over this.

Astaghfirullah (I seek forgiveness from the worshipped one)

Abu Dharr reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, instruct me.” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If you do a bad deed, follow it with a good deed to wipe it out.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, is it a good deed to declare there is no God but Allah?” The Prophet said, “It is the best of good deeds.”
