Asking for a friend who is buying a condo. He is told and as per the listing as well the heating and AC cost os not covered under maintenance fees we are trying to understand how to find out how much that portion costs. The hydro bill (Metergy company) was shared with him which states 70 to 90 dollar for monthly bill. Does it makes sense for electricity bill for a 3 bedroom condo in Mississauga to be for that amount for both the electricity and heating/cooling? Or are we missing somenting and there would be a separate bill for it? Would appreciate any help.

My parents have cardiac issues and absolutely fine now. But I am trying to be proactive if something were to happen how is the level of ER care at the Hospital. Living in North York and have had good experience overall at North York General Hospital. I am curious how the care at Southlake is assuming that is the main 24/7 ER Hospital.

Waiting to have 20 peecent down will take 2 more years by when prices will have gone higher and my 20 percent down won't be enough at that point.

My uncle owes about $20,000 in child support arrears from several years ago. The child is above 22 right now. He got divorced about 20 years ago.

He has been homeless and living in a shelter for the last 3 years. He is 64 years old, struggling with anxiety and depression of not having been able to see or talk over the phone with his son for the last 10 years.

He lives in Virginia and the ex left to Nebraska and been living there for about a almost 20 years.

He has been trying hard to find work but has had no success because of his age. He used to work as a taxi driver, but his driver's license is suspended and his passport has been revoked because of the child support arrears. Driving is the type of work he has experience in, but he cannot do it without his license.

I am willing to help him by paying $300 per month toward his child support until he finds a job. If he is able to get his license back and starts working, the child support payments could then be made by him.

Questions:

1. Is it possible to have his driver's license reinstated by entering into a payment agreement where I could make a payment of 300 per month on his behalf or pay him to make the payment himself until he finds a job?
2. Would a payment plan of about $300 per month be considered reasonable in his situation to reinstate his license?
3. Are there any other options or better alternatives that could help him, especially given his life circumstances and age, on compassionate grounds? For example, is it possible for a court to reduce the total arrears from $20,000 to $15,000 or $10,000 even if his ex-wife does not agree, based on his financial hardship, age, and inability to earn sufficient income?

Completed CBAP and PMP. PROCSI is one option but not sure it will be covered. Any online training you can recommend which is more hands on and something I can apply to my projects or boost opportunities for future jobs down the road?

I have tried Jetream and acroball. I find jetstream slightly smoother but at lower angle it feels scratchy as I hold pen at lower angle. In the past I used papaermate inkjoy 1.0 mm 50st which I found smooth even at lower angle but it doesnt as clean and without smudge/smear as Jestream. Are there any better alternatives than Jetstream out there which writes smoothly at lower angle?

Is it just me or have others observed this too? I feel like last two weekends I have been driving to downtown from the north and DVP is much less busy. Previous year highway used to be so packed during summer. Also I didn't see much people at harborfront today. It used to be so packed but today it felt so dead. I wonder if it has been like this other weekends too? And why?

After doing restorative yoga later at night during orgasm I felt this pressure + pleasure wave type feeling which I get sometimes but at a low intensity. Last night it was very intense and turned into a panic attack and I had to rush to put Ativan under my tongue. The pressure was too much and made me very uneasy and restless and doomed somewhat. Not like the full blown panic attack where I would call 911. The yoga I did involved putting pillow under my shoulder while laying on my back and opening my arms wide open and laying them on the floor 90 degrees. This position itself made me feel a bit uneasy but I pushed through and was mostly okay. I feel like being in this posture for 10 or 15 mins given me trauma, history of panic attacks and pelvic pain and growing up in war zone and bullied by other kids and beaten up by teachers caused the unease during that posture. I am curious why my orgasm turned into a panic attack and why even during the day I feel this unease in the middle of chest sternum area and how I can overcome this.
