How was the Learning curve by Ebbinghaus conducted?
I'm trying to learn about the learning curve, and I ended up entangled in different information as to what it tries to explain and how it was conducted.
While some sources say it tries to show how much memory we lose over a period of time WITHOUT repetitions, others say it shows how much of that information learned the brain saves and utilizes to make future learning easier.
That is where my question stems. if it shows how much savings the brain keeps after certain amount of time has past, does that mean that Ebbinghaus relearned the information or he simply tested it and based on how much he could remember assumed that it would make relearning easier with reviews?
also the graph technically does show how much information is remembered as this would be the savings that aid future relearning.

Hi, I dont know how to help my little plant to being green and sturdy. We water it once a week and it always gets time on my window, although it doesnt always get direct sun light exposure. Is it the soil, the lack of sun light or the watering precuency? Any advice would help, Thank you.

I find myself butchering many phrases and words in certain procedures that I'm not fully comfortable with like payments or insurance. How could I learn them, practice them and know the correct terminology? Ik if there is any dedicated guide for them? Like article or yt vid?
I think just watching a tutorial in English and then translate the terminology is not the way.
I'm writing a non-fiction educational book, and i notice how when i struggle on one chapter or a part of it I skip over it and write the following in advance which makes it so that i end up having my chapters feel like they are too ahead of themselves or that the information is misplaced.
aside from that, i notice that in some chapters I start with numerous tips or must knows which I dive deep in before the main chapter. i do so cus i think the info in crucial and must be explained with details that would slow down or stall the book if i were to introduce them during the main chapter, but they I end up referring back to the prior lessons apprehensively as if they were not going to understand that the previously introduce content is supposed to play a certain role, which i think can be bad if over done, but it surely is necessary sometimes.
I think my book need a lot to erase and blend, how do you guys go about it? i have written so much that going through all of it to mix it feels daunting. do you think it is a good practice to jump ahead when you feel inspired to write page 5 before page 4? if so how do i prevent myself from misplacing the content? thank you.

I'm writing an text ebook about English learning and many of may chapters contain information that can be tested, how could I design an ebook that features small tests within the chapters while keeping it effective and natural looking since they obviously don have a please to write their answers. I'd like to know of any renown ebooks that implements this effectively without compromising looks or readability.
I got my first test call and even tho i my smooth with it, I got overwhelmed with the information given by the examiner. I used my tools and all that but ended up struggling either way. The segments seemed quite similar to the things i heard from it. I want to know whether there is a way to prepare better for them. Any resource, tool or strategy would help.

Hi, I started investing since the beginning of the year at my 20s on the S&P500. my DCA is currently 90$, but im planning to increase it in the future. ik that to retire early i must do so, so I'm also looking at ways to increase my income and one of them is through a passive income portfolio, but I dont know how to get started or if doing so will elongate my time horizon. I also know that correlation is important and dont know if by starting a dividend portfolio i might place most of my networth on stocks. Ik of REIT and Bonds, but again, i dont know where to start or whether it's advisable to take this route.
maybe I'm to risk intolerant for my age.

I'm currently writing my first project. It is a self-help book for Spanish speakers learning English. At first it was smooth as I was writing from my own experience without having to dive deeper on said topics as my approach and view seemed enough and, in my head, it was good for the book to have personal touch as I plan to promote it in my own community, and it wont feel like a copy an paste of already existing articles of the topic. However, nearing the end of the book I realized that my knowledge is quite meager in certain areas which prompted me to do some studying again, but this process has felt so boring and long. I feel like part of this is my aversion to investing too much time on this things as I want the book to be finished soon, but I also feel bad as I don't want to make it bad just cus I want to avoid spending more time on boring things like this that may make the bok better.
