I am turning into an angry monster these days

Idk why but I get pissed on my parents and it's not even like I am in a bad mood and then I am behaving this way, I am probably normal and something happenes If I am saying and they are not being attentive or anything I get irritated, I am angry almost all of the time I don't feel like talking to anyone, I have an exam tomorrow and series of exams in upcoming days, I am extremely stressed I have pcos I have to lose weight because it is affecting pcos and pcos is affecting my health, hairloss, skin getting weird, I have to complete my syllabus and this is my last year for exams. I am stressed, angry, irritated, and I am crying while writing this, Idk what to do.

I saw "Raakh" webseries today

Pata hai aaj kya hua, infact happened rn, I just finished watching a webseries"raakh" based on a real story, and even though I already knew about the incident, it still left me shaken.

It's past midnight, and all I can think about is hugging my mom. She's always been protective of both me and my brother, and I've often argued with her, saying things like, "jo hona hai vo hoga." But watching something like this makes you confront how brutal reality can be and helps you understand where that protectiveness comes from. I think the first thing I'm going to do tomorrow morning is hug her.

Ps: it is based on the infamous case of ranga billa, I am sure many of you must have heard about it
