Are muggleborns usually the first wizards in their family or do they have an ancestor with magic powers? Is every muggle with magic ancestry a squib or does it only apply if both your parents are wizards?

When I put eyeshadow it looks smeared or kinda clumpy when I'm sweaty. How do you prevent this? What are you putting on your eyelids before to keep this from happening? How does your eyeshadow look so neat in the summer?
