Okay. So, for a bit of context, I have a straight black hair, a typical asian hair and I saw a hairstyle that I vibed with a lot. So, since I just recently cut my hair really short, I want to let it grow and make it to have this kind of style. I provide the front view and the 360 degree(ish) view

So yeahh while waiting for my hair to grow, I also wanna know what type of hair cut is this so that I can explain it to my barber later... And what part to watch out, like maybe I should let the fronts grow more or something like that

And, is it an unrealistic hairstyle tho especially the tuff in the middle part? And would appreciate if you guys also provides a tips for the hair coloring's style.
