Banded Sunfish (I think) fairly uncommon in MA, A vibrant Pumpkinseed and a Bluegill. Bass werent biting so out came the Ultralight and Trout Magnets lol

I'm not a beginner by any means, been fishing over 20 years. To a seasoned angler these are probanly no secret. Been catching A LOT of fish with these in every size they come in. Yozuri Pins Minnows, absolutely fantastic. Work it along the shoreline or weedbeds, lily pads...You can do a straight retrieve or I usually fish it like a jerkbait. These bad boys catch them. Trout, bass, panfish. They all love them. Can pick these up for 6 or 7 dollars a piece at Walmart. Anyways just wanted to share with someone who may be struggling.

Is this a sand wasp? I see much bigger Cicada killers sharing the same area in my work area. One of these stung me today as I was mowing the lawn. There are hundreds of these holes and they all fly around me. First time I've gotten stung.

Went for a hike today and someone hit my new car while I was gone. Obviously they weren't decent oerson and they didn't say anything. I'm not asking for a price, but how bad is it? I'm concerned it is on the crease of the panel. I'm waiting to hear and see if the place has cameras as it was a visitor center parking lot. Yesterday was my birthday and tbis makes me sad lmao

My first ever trout caught from a little rocky river. I believe it is a native brookie. Little guy choked a 2 inch minnow smelt. I forgot my hooks in the car like a dummy and this one was too big. I was lucky to catch it, had another one about twice the size but lost it. Next time right sized hooks and I think ill have myself a day of this. Was quite fun

Was out for a hike in Eastern Massachusetts and I almost stepped on this Timber Rattlesnake. A critically endangered species in this state. Estimated to be less than 2 or 300 across the whole state and an even rarer sighting where I found it. They are typically found in the western half of the state where it tends to be more mountainous. It was very well camouflaged on the path and I didn't even see it, I caught it moving out of peripheral vision and it started rattling at me. The type of situation where people get bit 😅 Thankfully it was nice to me and went on it's way

Didn't have a scale so no clue on weight, any guesses? Just know it's a PB no doubt. Thing was a CHUNKER. Caught in Massachusetts.

Last time I posted here everyone told me to smile more, so I'm trying to take the advice lol. Do I look more approachable? Still working on putting on some weight, but besides that is there anything that I can do to help myself? Should I grow my hair a little more or does the short hair suit me?

Was friends with a girl for a few years, really liked her. Vibed super well together, same interests. Told her I liked her as more than friends yesterday and wouldn't you know it.
