Just a snapshot of some stuff from Mrs. Fisher Price.

Button is a very happy, playful cat, but her face sometimes forgets. Especially in front of the camera. ZZ is always ready to pose, while Button often likes to keep moving when the camera comes out.

If you've ever watched Goodfellas, you know the scene I'm talking about. As soon as Mrs. Giligadi showed me this, i saw the similarities.

Minus the icicles, naturally.

Imagine they you are the type of person who occasionally gets talked into going to the corn maze. You're walking along dreading the chainsaw guy you hear in the distance when you start to hear weird music.

Voices talking about leisure time and lsd float over a strange, evolving beat and a wash of synth textures, a somewhat hypnotic experience and then

Out of nowhere, there's a 6'3" dayglo banshee in your face where there was previously nothing. I can briefly suspend my "people" energy and go into a kind of stealth mode, which makes me a perfect operative for a corn maze.

Who has been to one of these places? What was the context? I had been to this maze as a customer once, in 2010 or so. I auditioned in 2017, i think, possibly 2018, with someone i used to know.

We worked the place together until the beginning of the 2024 season, when he just kind of faded away. I mean, he's still around, he just stopped coming and didn't offer any explanation.

So I'm a lone wolf, now, and they let me find my own spot and bring my own music because i am Klepto. I will scare the shit out of you (on a good night).

To be honest, the extra percolation isn't much, but it does do a bit.

What it does do, though, is prevent a lot of the stray-vb that leaks from the injector bowl into the piece. For this piece in particular, that does come handy because of all the little tubes and pathways it has.

It's really just silly, though.

New shoes

Eyes twist, and we're south of sanity.

I did something odd with my camera and thought it had started recording.

I proceeded through my first try at a video and was just noticing the lack of actual video recording as the first image was shot.

The second one is the other random shot the camera generated.

So, as much as it looks posed, this is just me in my natural flow. I can't help it, i guess. Years of Gonzo living has made me a strange hybrid beast.
