Recs for late night restaurants near Shoreditch during the week?

Looking for places with kitchens open until 11:30PM. Prefer a sit-down place than a grab and go or pub.

ETA: Wouldn’t mind a quick cab ride either.

Any recommendations for traditional tavernas in Sounio? Would like to avoid the fancier and more resort and tourist-centric options. Speak Greek and will have a car.

Simple dishes with great vegetables and seafood preferred. Don't mind driving to up to 30 minutes or so in either direction. Thanks.

Sushi (but not omakase) with natural wine options in LA?

Prefer westside but have a car.

ETA: places that allow corkage would be great too!

Is there a connection between Ernest and Saison/Angler? Lots of similarity...

Not starting sh*t. Genuinely curious. Had some great meals at Angler when Skenes was there. Haven't been back but want to revisit. Should I try Ernest instead?

Any recent reports from Marseille?

Are the August crowds overwhelming?
My fancy French friends from other parts of the country are convinced Marseille is dirty and has a rat problem? Any truth to this or they being elitists?

Third wave coffee shops similar Maru but on the Westside?

Menottis, Intelligentsia, Blue Bottle… Dayglow just opened on Rose but that seems geared toward instagrammers, no? Where else?

Does the new Pizzeria Sei accept walk-ins? I've tried reaching out but haven't been able to get a hold of anyone.

And does anyone know if they serve beer? Wine and sake have been mentioned in right-ups.

Anyone been to Lynx yet? Joshua Skenes new pizza place. Thoughts?

Hardly any info on it online. Looking to see if they serve beer/wine/ NA options. They seem to be a pizza + cocktail place so it's unclear if there are other options.

What's the overall consensus on Damien in DTLA? Ate at Atla on Abbot Kinney (when is was open) and was severely underwhelmed. San Damien on AK just opened, but it kinda just looks like Atla with a few more seafood options.

They have a dry aged grilled fish on the menu that comes with a stack of tortillas-- that's the general idea of what I'm looking for, along with a decent wine list. Any other recs for that?

For the record, I love street tacos, whether were in LA or CDMX, but I'm looking for a different experience here.

Service industry professional that visits LA once or twice a year. Looking for restaurant suggestions outside my standard favorites. Closer to the westside preferred but not a big deal. Nothing too fancy + no tasting menus or set dinners.

Favorites: Holbox, RVR, Pine and Crane, Northern Thai Food Club, Budonoki, Saffys/Bavel, Azizam, Pizzeria Sei, Felix (has gone downhill over the last few visits), Sonoratown, Anajak

Won't be revisiting: Quarter Sheets, Mozza-plex, Bestia, Holy Basil, Luv2Eat Thai, Jitlada, Night+Market, Antico...

EDITED TO ADD: Been to Gjelina and Gjusta a bunch-- good if you're nearby but not worth a drive. Rustic Canyon a bunch of times. Waiting to see what happens post Jeremy Fox. In n Out, Destroyer...

Best options for DIY tacos— places with stacks of tortillas and condiments where you can choose your meat and make your own tacos.

Sit down taquerias with wine?

Do they exist? I know tacos are traditionally more of a quick meal, standing up, late night kind of thing.
