Under 100$ earbuds with noise cancelation and awareness modes?

So I need noise cancellation but would also love to have an "aware" mode for when I am at work and need to be able to hear people. I have an Android phone. Any recommendations?

I listen to mostly punk rock genres, and I hate bass that is too loud (common in cheap earbuds). I care mostly about longevity and charge time along with the noise cancelling/aware modes.

What is this chord shape called?

I keep on seeing chords that are basically a power chord but with an added middle finger on the 2nd highest string. Does this shape have a specific name?

Also, how does one transition properly between these 2 chords listed in the screenshot?

I've been feeling really dysphoric cuz I wanted to be like a butch and not come off as just a guy. I've tried lots of small things that do help but my face was still the biggest problem.

Now, I've done super dramatic eyeliner before. But I decided, for the hell of it, to do just a tiny bit - a little bit on the upper lid with a small wing.

And holy shit. This is the first time I have EVER felt euphoric about my face. Like I genuinely feel like I look like a girl. Idk what happened but now it's so much easier to accept my body too. I feel like a butch

So I have a radio website I am trying to listen to on firefox mobile, but whenever I turn off the screen, change tabs, or monimize the app - it stops playing. Is there a way to fix this?

The website version of youtube, for example, continues playing audio even if you change tabs or minimize apps
