This infection/rash thing started 3 days ago and got worse yesterday so my brother went to urgent care. They said it was cellulitis and gave him a 5 day course of ic sulfamethoxazole-tmp ds. Today it’s gotten more red and the redness has spread more. It also started to leak a little bit, nothing too crazy. It also hurts him to walk but I’m assuming that’s because it’s on the back of his knee?

Is this normal for cellulitis or should he go back to urgent care or the ER?

I just got this baby 5 hours ago from a humane society near me (He is 4 months old). On our way home I noticed that his eye was slightly closed, I figured maybe it’s just a lazy eye or I’m overreacting. When we got home he was running around just fine, playing and acting very friendly. He ate and slept for a little then I noticed that his eye looked wet so I cleaned it up but it started to look wet again. Now there’s a bunch of eye boogers on and in his eye. I read his papers and medical work and it didn’t mention anything about his eye, just that he has intermittent sneezing. (He has sneezed a couple times)

I’m going to call the humane society tomorrow morning when they open. However, is this something that I should be very worried about? I’m so worried about him I want to make sure he’s okay.

Vet accessible: There is no emergency vet anywhere near us, but the humane society we got him from opens at 11am (currently 7:30pm).

He’s a boy and has been neutered
Financial: I can afford a vet unless it’ll be thousands then I won’t be able to.

TLDR: My cats eye is half way closed and keeps getting more and more eye boogers.

Hi! I won this through an ebay auction (It was only $10.50). The listing said Sterling 925 Gold Vermeil, when I got it in the color looked kind of copper so I polished it with a polishing cloth and silver cream. The color still looks coppery. There is a tag on it that says 925 but nothing ob the actual chain.

I did acid test it using 18k acid (second picture) and it just looks like flakes. Is it fake silver? Any advice? Again it was under $11 so not a crazy loss.

I’ve never owned any gold vermeil so I’m not sure if this is normal with that?

All of them besides the Monaco (21k) are 14k gold. I love wearing them together but sometimes I feel like the color difference makes the stack look off. Does it look off to anyone else or am I being dramatic? 😅
