I went to my visited section and put in a help request. I received an email telling me it would take 1-3 business days to review.
I immediately get another email titled "we have updated your inquiry" that has parts explaining why it may have not tracked, how to request help. There's also a section called "need us to investigate" listing details they need to investigate. Should I respond to this email with those details or is this just an automated message?
