What am I supposed to do? I have a plan that says it supports online meetings and two out of four interviews over zoom so far this week have been a disaster. The zoom kept freezing and then dropped me from the meeting multiple times. The first time unplugged my router and it worked fine the rest of the meeting. The second time to prevent the issue I unplugged it before the interview and 30 seconds into the call I get an unstable connection notification on zoom. Then the call drops me several times before finally working again. I did a speed test and it was below 50 mbps and then finally went back to above 100 mbps when it started working fine again.

Why is this happening? How can I speak to a human to resolve this? I’m exploring other providers as this is completely unacceptable.
