Is there a program I can use to remap only one keyboards keys?

I bought a MKESPN K809 about a year ago and was never able to get the app for remapping the keys working, so I decided to try and use other methods. Is there a program where I can remap only the K809's keys while leaving my main keyboard untouched? The K809 is being read as a regular keyboard with regular keys at the moment. I'm using Windows 11 btw.

Is this a scam or actually Bell Canada?

I got a call from Bell Canada saying that my number was selected for a promotion from my current plan (4g data at 55gb for $34 a month) to a new plan where I can get unlimited 5g data for $30 a month. Even though it seems like it was officially Bell Canada (they knew my current plan and Bell Canada displayed when they called me), this seems too good to be true and I want to confirm to see if it's a scam or not. I told them to call me back on Monday or Tuesday since my dad is on a business trip and he needs to be there to accept the promotion.

I'm also using Lucky Mobile which is owned by Bell.

Bambu Handy keeps on recommending me a certain genre of non-child-friendly related items...

Recently Bambu Handy has, for some reason, started recommending me a certain genre of models, like revealing mini-figures. I have never looked at a similar model before and don't know why it's recommending me this. I have tried pressing the "dislike this model" button over and over again but it does nothing. I've been able to minimize the amount by clicking on car related items but they're still kinda there. Can anyone help? I'm also under 18 so I really want to get rid of this asap, especially before someone else sees.

Possible stupid question

Is it possible to make a kinda hybrid e-bike out of my mountain bike where I can both pedal normally and use a motor to power it? My bike has two sets of gears, 8 in the rear wheel (1st image) and 3 by the pedals (2nd image, kinda shit but I couldn't get a better angle). I have a 3d printer so I can make parts that won't be under a lot of load and I might take some welding classes if that's necessary. Sorry if this is the wrong sub for this.
