Royal Mail have lost package I sold for £119. Was sent with prepaid label provided by buyer/ebay (simple postage program?), buyer/ebay only insured for up to £75, that would NOT have been my decision, I always over-insure!

Furthermore, as it was a prepaid label, I do not have a receipt for postage cost, I only have the tracking number and the QR code!

As I did not arrange the postage, I'm not sure how I make a claim, I think the buyer would have to make the claim, so who is responsible in this fiasco?

EDIT** So, i've now realised that the brake lever internals are not the same. FFS.... So how easy would it be to convert these t8100s into m8100s? is the main body of the hydraulic unit essentially the same and i just need a couple of additional internals? or do is the shell itself different?

and yes... i'm a dummy.

So I got a pair of euro 'left and right hoses opposite lengths' m8100s brake set for a very good price. Hoses didn't matter as I was and did cut fresh white hose lines to match the build. All good. But when I've popped off the securing bolt for the lever blade, there's no spring like on the 1 finger jobbies...

AND there seems to be a very long elongated piston attached to the pushing screw of the trekking blade! and it most definitely does not want to come out and seems attached to something that i can't see attached to it!

Have managed to get the whole thing back together, but I'm completely stumped how to proceed, and cannot find a service manual for the trekking blades anywhere to get a sense of what the hell is going on.... Can anyone here with experience of same, or with shimano xt of recent generations and trekking levers shed any light as to what the frack is going on?

**UPDATE: Drama over, used DOWLOADER to sideload an older version, so all good! Now to turn off automatic app updates on my other sticks in the house and my AppleTV 😆 🤦🏼‍♂️**

Total garbage update making it almost unusable. Removing the sidebar pinned libraries AND removing the option of ordering libraries is utter insanity. Whatever idiot did this should be sent to a gulag. Now, instead of a simple two left clicks and i have access to all my libraries in the order I want them, i have to do some 5 or 6 or more clicks to achieve the same objective using the libraries tab at the bottom and scroll down through most of my libraries to access the TV library and i THEN have to do a further two clicks to see the browse view. STUNNINGLY BAD. Who on earth makes these decisions? And stupidly the original view with the sidebar of personally ordered libraries still exists in both the web interface on a browser, and thanfully our main viewing device our Apple TV. Firestick in all our bedrooms now completely screwed.
