Inaction is not an option in these Trolley Problems

The trolley speeds towards the switch, which was left halfway between the two tracks, which will cause the trolley to derail, killing the individual on one track, and the five on the other track, and you, and everyone on the trolley. You have just enough time to throw the switch one way or the other so that the only fatalities will be either the one or the five. Who do you save and who has to die?

One five-year-old child or five 100-year old people?

One baby or five clones of the same baby?

One human or five robots with such advanced a.i. that they are indistinguishable from sentient self-aware humans with thoughts and feelings?

One mosquito or five rapists?

Jack Black or all five Backstreet Boys?

How much more betrayal can I take from copilot butchering a simple question?

I count at least three things that are easily verifiable and clearly incorrect

how did that walker walk with a giant hole through its chest almost a foot wide

in s6e14 a little past halfway through a walker is walking with a huge hole in its chest you can see right through; obviously missing almost a foot of its spine top to bottom and side to side. since we know from the CDC that it resides in the brain and thus controls the bottom through the nervous system, how is this walker controlling its legs? it should be paralyzed from the mid torso down and dragging itself with its arms

why does this deer in a woodland park appear underfed

My friend took this pic in a West Virgina state park and was wondering why her ribs are showing, since there seems to be plenty of fresh food for her, and no sign of drought in the region.

Is it immoral to break the rules of a sub that doesn't allow jokes, just to tell a joke, if it was relatively funny for a stupid pun, and not offensive?

I quoted the Sopranos to apologize like a man.

I was called out for being out of line with some snarky remarks and I said "You're right. I have no defense." And unlike Tony, I didn't then continue on and give mitigating defense, such as "that's how I was parented."

If the US outspends any other superpower by like 3-5 times on military, and our standard is being able to fight two wars at the same time, how did it take half our best explosives just to mostly disarm some mediocre third rate power?

We all know that Albert Barese "wouldn't piss on this Ralph if he was on fire." Let's explore this metaphor...

Would Albert have pissed on the horse if he was there at the stable fire?

This must be why Tony dreamed of lighting himself on fire, to see which guys he could trust to piss on him.

Tony B. would try to piss on Tony if he was on fire, but would probably miss.

Janice probably did piss on Ralph more than once, and Ralph was like, "oh yeah, baby, I'm on FIRE!!!"

Defend your The Sopranos interpretation! What unlikely and unpopular hill will you die on? For example, here's my hill ...

>!After they cut up Richie's body they really did bury him on a hill with pine cones overlooking a river. Prove me wrong.!<

"You Sopranos ... you go too far!"

Obviously Bobby meant that Tony went too far with the jokes about Janice. But why did he say "Sopranos" plural?

Was he referring to Janice going too far with roadies? When she beat up a soccer mom? Did he find out about Ouija? Things we didn't get to see and hear?

Anyway, please do speculate about something Janice may have said to Bobby off-camera that he would consider "too far."

Coincidence? Or total rip-off like Tony Soprano said about Alexander Graham Bell?

There's a Seinfeld episode, where an obnoxious guy in the same business as Jerry, who he doesn't like, imposes on him the gift of a jacket, that he doesn't want, and then pesters him about it like it was the greatest gift on earth and Jerry should bow down to him over it, and so Jerry gives it to some poor schlub who needs a jacket, which the guy doesn't like.

But what's weird is that there's a Seinfeld episode called The Jacket which is totally unrelated to this.

Side note, reddit's a.i. didn't want to let me post because apparently it thinks everything above is unrealted to the Sopranos and Richie Aprile and the Jackeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. So I had to add this last paragraph. and add Tony's name to the title.

Why Ralphie started the fire

(aside from the many other reasons that have been discussed at length) -- >!The first time we see Ralphie, Tony tells him "no more fires." You can see Ralphie doesn't think much of that when he pays lip service to it saying "Tony says no more fires" in his do-goody voice while having somebody beat up. So a couple seasons later he's like "oh no more fires huh? I'll show him..."!<

It's too bad the director's cut was taken down so quickly, for those who aren't able to get a bootleg here are some highlights:

We see a post-credits clip of Furio giving a thick envelope to "members only guy," whose name is revealed to be Frank.

I won't go into details on this but I'll just say that the scene with Ralph in family court is priceless.

Phil's head is shown being crushed by the tire.

Tony ate his own lo mein when he was drunk.

Gloria slashed her own tire.

Sil reveals he got the rat he stuffs in Jimmy's mouth from Satriale's, which disgusts Chris.

When Father Phil gives Carm the wafer it's a different take and it's similar but she sort of lets her lips and tongue linger on his finger a little bit.

There is a scene with Pussy threatening Makazian over the gambling dept, who gives him a look and Pussy says something like better not give me hard looks.

After Tony helps little AJ change a tire, he takes him to a pistol range, where AJ drops the gun and almost kills an instructor. AJ is basically numb to everything after that.

The guy who Vito loaned money to dimed him out to Phil, presumably so he wouldn't have to pay, which was possibly his plan when he borrowed the money.

Kim calls Tony to complain about Tony B. beating him up and Tony doesn't care but is happy to know Tony B. is done with massage therapy.

There is a graphic sex scene with Meadow and Jackie Jr in the car after she gives him that condom. It ends with him saying "sorry," presumably because it's over too quickly. Meadow's boobs are exposed but blurred; don't know if they would have been shown if this scene was in the show originally.

A black dog, similar to the one from Melfi's dream, appears in Tony's dream, barking aggressively at Tony, right before Annette Bening is called on and says "there's something bugsy about him." It is seen again barking in a quick cut while his gym coach is yelling at him "unprepared."

Right before Tony crashes the car, Adrianna says "you know what's fun to do when you're doing coke" and slides her bra aside and gives him a little peek of her nipple, which distracts him and causes him to crash, but just before the crash we see her sitting normally for a second, it isn't clear but I think it implies the peek show was only in Tony's mind.

Why did Junior sarcastically offer Tony a "boot in the ear?"

When he's mad because Tony is saying I'm Tony and he snaps "the fuck you want, a boot in the ear?" Is this like some old timey Italian way to say "are you looking for a kick in the ass?"

I need to know because I'm writing a school paper on the poverty of the mess of journals.
