So I have been ordering from multiple vendors but last night I noticed that the prices on OLIVE YOUNG are higher than any of the other vendors and they also still charge you tariffs. Yes they have better bundle deals but sometimes you just want to get one product to try out. I then went to YESSTYLE and their prices are significantly lower without tariffs so I ended getting myself the following because I want to try:

- House of Hur - Weightless Sunscreen
- COSRX - Ultra Light Invisible Sunscreen
- JUMISO - Niacinamide 20 Serum

While I like the low prices it makes me wonder why the price difference. Not to mention hope they carry minis which are technically samples. Almost makes me question if the products are real. Has anyone ever received any like what you would call fake products from YESSTYLE?

I’m skeptical in trying new sunscreens because a lot of them are inexpensive. I question their quality. Is there a reason why sunscreen is so inexpensive? I’ve seen expensive ones like Sulwhasoo and inexpensive like Tocobo. I use both Skin1004 and haruharu wonder.

I have oily skin. I am using Centellian24 Madeca Cream which is way too rich. My skin looks like a grease ball by midday. I just switched over to the ZERO version which is a bit better but I’m still oily. I have also used Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng but after doing research it’s more for those with dryer skin. I use the following: face wash, toner, ampoule, serum, eye cream, moisturizer, and sunscreen.

For sunscreen I used to use Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum - I loved it but I didn’t really like the glow. I recently switched over to haruharu wonder Black Rice Moisture Airyfit and like it because it has a matte finish.

I either have to leave out the moisturizer or replace it with something else. The ampoule I’m using is Rejuran Turnover Ampoule which I know is rich. I need help!!! I don’t really want submerging budget-friendly - I want something premium (not really lux). I don’t mind pharmacy grade skincare.

My oily skin is not complementing with my moisturizer. I live Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng but it’s too rich. Has anyone gotten rid of their moisturizer and replaced it with an emulsion? I’m looking for something that will give me the same benefits.

I love Sulwhasoo but with my oily skin the creams are a bit too much for me. Been using Concentrated Ginseng Cream but need something that compliments oily skin since Sulwhasoo is too rich. Anyone ever downgraded or found something comparable?

Just woke up from having a super weird dream. I had family members and friends in it. It was so weird I rather not share details because I don’t want to remember or rather I don’t want to even type it. Essentially I was in Mexico and something seemed off…I was involved in some strange tour where basically the tourists were getting “axed” to say the least. I ended up escaping and did my mother which appeared out of nowhere. We both end up escaping. We make it across the street but my phone stopped working and I couldn’t get an uber but my cousin showed up out of nowhere and helped me get an uber but this time I had to save myself and her baby. For some reason we couldn’t cross via land so I had to take a ferry which was about to leave. And up getting on the last ferry but prior to I somehow lost the baby but everything was chaos with people desperately trying to catch the last ferry back to the states. During the process someone slip a phone in my hand which was more like a compact video recorder. I played it and it was a scene of what they were doing to the tourists. While on the ferry I meet a friend and some other people who thought I was part of the incident in Mexico and they tried throwing me overboard. I explained to them I was a tourist and then and up telling them what really happened and how I escaped. We end up getting to the states and we’re all walking together as a group. We suddenly encounter a gentleman on a horse and something felt off to me. I followed behind and he starts going after people…I had the chance to escape. I just ran and suddenly I get a phone call from my cousin saying something almost as if she was making sure I made it back, but I knew she was basically “axed” and that call was her guiding me to safety. It ended and I woke up and now writing this. It was bizarre. Strange. Weird. Wonder if this could be because in feeling uneasy about a task at work where I know what they instructed me to do is simply not correct. I’m simply following instructions but I have such a great work ethic that I always follow up via email to CMA. This task I’m the subject matter expert on and I know the impact it could have which is why I’m hesitant in doing the task differently. Guess I’m stressed out or worried because I know this isn’t how I usually complete such task.

Need to replace my mom’s favorite tone up sun cream since Olive Young will stop shipping to the US. I just found out that the brand Shingmulnara is an OY label, meaning it’s OY own brand, which of course wouldn’t be available anymore for shipping to the US. I need a replacement. I don’t want budget friendly because mom deserves the best. The Shingmulnara has a pink tone to it so I’m looking for something similar. Please tell me what you’re using.

My mother loves this sun cream but with Olive Young no longer shipping to the US as of end of May, I need to find a similar sun cream. I just found out Shingmulnara is OY own brand - so this makes things more difficult. I need to find a new tinted sun cream for my mother. Anyone have any recommendations? I’ve seen D’alba but it’s pricey - but I read this is more of a luxury brand? I want to find something that’s similar to the OY brand but I am also willing to spend more. Sadly my mother will be sad since she loves this sun cream. I’m looking for recommendations - nothing too “budget” but perhaps something more on the medium side even high end if anything.
