Is this Furby defective?

I want to buy this Furby boom, but I have no idea if it is actually working. Previous owner says it turns on, but she can't make it talk or open eyes. I wouldn't mind a mute Furby, I just wonder why isn't it moving?

I think I might keep this box

I usually don't keep boxes for my Tamas, I only kept the box for a Angelgotchi with that mirror. It is so cute and pretty, I love how shiny it is.

Hot take: this subreddit needs harsher moderation against low effort posts

I have been here for years, and I love the community.
I am extremely tired of seeing posts like "what is the best Tamagotchi?" or "should I get 'x' Tamagotchi" and similar. And questions about gameplay that are on the manual or wiki themselves, it is very repetitive.

I have never modded a community before, but I remember seeing warnings before posting things on other communities because I used a certain word or sentence, I wonder if that could be done here somehow. Just a way to reinforce that rule without overwhelming the mods.

I am sorry for the rant, It is just frustrating, because otherwise I really like this community and I wouldn't like to mute the questions tab because I see some very valid questions at times and sometimes I like helping too, or seeing out of curiosity.

Non related to that, I think it would be cool to have flairs for different devices too, so it is easier to look up information from specific devices. Maybe that helps to deflate the volume of spam questions slightly.

Inside of a Tamagotchi Connection

I had opened it to change the background to a glow in the dark tape one, but I ended up switching back to original.

What is the best case for Tamagotchi Paradise on AliExpress?

I have this silicone case, but I had issues pressing the buttons. Even with the mod I did, it is still kinda bad.

I have 2 devices, so it has to be easy to open the connection lid. I thought of getting a clear case, but I had issues in the past with them for Connection and Gen 1/2/3 due to how hard they are to open, plus 8 saw people commenting they sometimes don't fit or scratched the top lid.

Glow in the Dark mod for Pompompurin Punirunes

I actually don't like that this VPet has a pattern on the screen. I mean, the contrast is quite bad already.

So I decided to change to a clear background, and since I had extra glowing tape, why not?

It took an hour because it was my first time ever opening a VPet, but very easy to do honestly. The paper inside is slightly metallic. The glow effect looks better on camera honestly, and I used an UV light to make it stronger.

The actual screen is quite dark, maybe that's why the contrast for these is so bad? Anyways, if you want to do it, go ahead. Is easy, just be careful.

I need constructive criticism, please!

This is my character, Mothy Pancakes. I am currently struggling with character design, as you can see.

My idea is that she has to have these vibes: autumn, moth, pancakes and coffee.

The outfit on the left is supposed to be more of a casual outfit, while the one on the right is supposed to be her usual outfit (antennae are hidden under the beret).

I am afraid that my design is trying to do too much in too little space, and I also want it to be simple enough for me to want to draw her often. I'm looking for any advice.

Her color scheme will be dark green, orange and brown, autumn colors. Also Spanish Luna moth colors.

A friend reposted this meme, but the cats fur pattern is too equal to one another and the details on the fan doesn't make sense

- The patterns on the fur of the cats looks like it mirrors each other.

- Their eyes looks quite uncanny to me.

- The circular piece on the floor is the same already attached to the fan.

- subreddit that it was posted from doesn't allow images.

- The fan broken pieces don't match, and the amount of strength necessary to break them...idk if I cat could.

[fully lost] Song 3800. by vi was erased from Spotify

It was on my favorites list, I haven't been able to find anything so far. The artist seem to have deleted EVERYTHING about them, so it is lost media now.

The radio for the artist includes a bunch of calm songs with slow beats, slightly eletronic. The style reminds me of Let Go from Ark Patrol.

Link to vi Radio: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1E4zJb7E25bQsn?si=PrpCWNI9Trm2QSEhTLLgAg

I have tried Youtube, Soundcloud and Google reverse search on the album cover. This is all of the information I have gathered:

The artist is vi, the year the song was posted on spotify was 2021.

Song: 3800.

Another song from same artist: Lonley. L

Is this kind of accessory unprofessional?

I'm new at an office job. I like using these accessories on my glasses, sometimes shorter. I don't use earrings so I use these instead as kinda like a replacement.

My dad saw it today and said they don't look good, but I think they do, and he said that "what I wear leaves a message of status". My boss haven't said anything about these and they definitely don't get in the way while I work, but now I'm wondering if they are actually unprofessional or too weird.

Edit: For people talking about my shirt, that is a sleeping gown. I would never wear something like this at an office, I usually wear shirts that are either long neck or square neck, and avoid showing my shoulders because they are always bruised. And I wear long skirts most of the time.

Clothes are not the point here, just the glasses charms. Thank you.

Edit 2: About my shoulders, since I've noticed people are a bit worried: I scratch myself when I'm anxious, it's a habit I took from teenager years and haven't been able to get rid of yet. They have some permanent marks too. I am trying to stop, I'm fine.

Yes, I am going through mental health treatment, and no, I don't have any intentions of actually hurting or bruising myself, I don't like pain and it is not a conscious self harm behavior. I do it without noticing.

Finn passed away last Friday. He did go in a way that was quite traumatic for me and I'm not over it. He was around 10 years old and he had a very high pitched and short meow. It sounded like something was beeping sometimes.

I miss him deeply and I wish I could go back time to hear him again. I spent hours looking on my gallery, old messages, I've found one video that he meowed twice, but you can barely hear it even with full volume.

I've made him on Tomodachi Life and fortunately I've been able to replicate his meow on it. I cried when I got it. I go there every day to hear him, whenever I miss him. I've also made a crochet plushie of him to hug, pet and kiss whenever I miss him.

I want him back. We were expecting him to go, he was suffering from cancer. But I feel like it wasn't enough time, at the same time we couldn't stand seeing him in so much pain anymore. I miss him so much.

I've made a heart to put inside of the plushie as well. His name was Finn, he was very loved by everyone. I'm happy to have him by my side, even if just in spirit now.
