Psyllium husk works better for me then any otc laxative drug. Has anyone had this same experience?

So I just went through a 2 week period where I literally did not have a solid bowel movement for 2 weeks straight. I have dealt with a bowel obstruction in the past and it was horrific, so I was pretty desperate and pretty much tried every single otc laxative. MiraLAX, Senna, Mag07, Milk of Mag, nothing. It finally got to the point where I just bit the bullet and took a dulcolax enema. That got things moving for sure, but I didn’t feel 100% cleaned out tbh.

Then today, I bought Nusyllium from CVS and figured I’d give it a shot. I had been pushing off on it as I was aware fiber could make things worse, and honestly I did not expect that a dietary supplement would have a greater effect then a drug. Well today I took one teaspoon of it which is about 3 grams of fiber, and I had the most relieving bowel movement in 3 weeks. The best part of it was, the stool was actually solid and not just diarrhea like all the other laxatives cause. Does anyone else share this same experience?

Is it worth trying out HCG only stacked with my Tirzepatide to preserve mood and libido?

Used Test for 4 years and other anabolics here and there, came off due to life circumstances, not really tryna hop back on just yet but want a little boost to give me that edge in the gym back. What do you guys think? I know I will not get crazy anabolic type gains from it, more interested in the secondary effects on motivation, endurance, libido etc.

If you had to make a list of supplements that you would consider to be “essential” and the vast majority of people would benefit from, backed by studies, which would they be?

I know that most people would probably consider D3, Creatine and Magnesium to be beneficial for the overwhelming majority of people, but which other ones would you say are undoubtedly beneficial. Are things like Zinc, Omega 3s, B vitamins, CoQ10 in that same tier of “essential”?

How good was Tracy Mcgrady at his peak?

I was too young to actually experience him in his prime, but it seems that he was regarded as a superstar level player, up there with the likes of Kobe and LeBron. If injuries had never derailed his career, where do you realistically see him landing amongst the all time greats? Do you think it is plausible to say he would have been just as good if not better than Kobe? Would he have been a multiple MVP caliber player? What was it about his game that made him such a unique and rare talent?

Do you find that, generally speaking, it is harder to gain and store fat while on testosterone (even if you are not 100% on your game diet/exercise wise) then when not on it?

Essentially, does being on testosterone make the margin for error greater?

For anyone on Psych meds, what supplements have you found useful for managing side effects such as fatigue and weight gain?

I am specifically interested in if anyone has found anything that actually is able to counter the metabolic effects of things like SSRIs and Lithium at the cellular level, as I am aware both of these, which is what I am on, directly alter metabolic function

Realistically, in your honest opinion, what is the endgame of the Trump saga? Is there a light at the end of the tunnel, and do you believe good will prevail in the end or it is only worse from here?

Has anyone ever tried running HCG only as hormone replacement instead of TRT who is more interested in well being than body composition?

Supposedly HCG is beneficial for brain health due to producing certain neurosteroids. Most people run them together, but I was thinking maybe to just trial HCG only as I have struggled with controlling side effects on TRT.

Best supplements for mitochondrial health and cellular energy production?

Would someone be able to tell me a full list of all products ND offers in this category? Are there any natural supplements that could be as or more effective as peptides like SS-31 and MOTS C?

Are there any supplements that you would consider to be absolutely essential for anyone who wishes to maximize overall quality of life and well being, as in every single person would benefit from it regardless of deficiencies?

Is it true that ADHD meds “Turn on you”?

I have only been on meds for a few months, Mydayis 37.5, and it actually has been working very well for me. However, I have seen a lot of anecdotes on the internet about how at some point they always “turn on you” and it is pretty much inevitable. People making it seem as though they are impossible to sustain, and at some point they will stop working and actually cause more side effects and negatives than positive benefits.

Obviously, this has me pretty nervous, and I am naturally a very anxious person and over-thinker so now I’m feeling pretty discouraged even though I have been making progress. Many people also say that you have to take at least 2 days off per week and it is absolutely non negotiable or the medication will stop working.

Are all of these things true, or is this just internet pseudoscience/people just not using the meds properly? Is it really as complicated as they are making it seem to stay on these meds and sustain them without them taking a “massive toll” or on your life and body?
