UK net migration drops to 171,000 in 2025, lowest since Covid pandemic

Hey all. I do an upper/lower split. My lower routine is pretty solid, but my upper routine is a bit more flexible. I do some combination of the below, but wondering what would be best to prune this down to a more refined routine, or if I'm missing anything.
I always do the following:
3x12 bench press
3x12 OHP
3X12 lat pulldown
And then I do some combo of:
Chest flys
Preacher curls
Tricep pushdown + lat raises superset
Seated row + seated face pulls superset
Dumbbell shrugs
What should I include/drop for a more balanced routine? FWIW I tend to do more extra arm stuff when I have time, and as I'm quite heavy atm (235lbs at 5ft10) I've avoided pullups.
Gutted to have missed the last few songs, but that was an unforgettable night.
