I got rescyled number i made 2 pooosts about it and see now they are messaging me continously

I installed imo cause my father lives in UAE and there whatsapp is banned so we use this app to chat with him

and this guy (who was the previous owner of sim) started messanging me in Imo too he called me , dmed me in whatsapp and even recharged the sim

I have already blocked 3+ number of him

HOW DO I GET RID OF HIM (i dont wanna lose the sim)
