Looks rather formulaic - anyone watched yet?

Watching on Amazon Prime it was great to discover this show as the American one is a bore. However as a deaf viewer it was disappointing that earlier seasons were missing closed captions and exasperating that show are randomly missing them in later seasons. Well some good news - earlier shows finally have closed captions. So if you are a deaf or hard of hearing viewer - fill your boots with the early seasons. 👍
(Later shows are still randomly missing them and Amazon is of no help)

We have watched some later seasons and now are starting season 3. I find the amount of guidance called down during pressure tests quite weird. One contestant gets lots of help while another gets very little.

Did they reduce or shut that down in later years?

Has anyone had or heard of people having the internal components of your CI fixed? I had a bike accident and ironically my helmet seems to have cause damage resulting in cuts between my device and internal components. I am seeing my audie next week but before then - just curious.

This year marks my 10th anniversary of cancer treatment. I’ve done the full cut/burn/poison season ticket slate of treatments with reoccurrences every two years. On this totally artificial anniversary I am thinking - is there any meaning in this dance? Life lessons I have learned? So far I have come up with little - take each day as a gift - enjoy the small and big things - beyond that its just be a total pain in the tail that comprehensively trashed my former life. 🤷‍♂️

Dumb question I concede - but bear with me 😎 - I am journeying from total deafness to hearing via a cochlear implant. I am learning to listen to and enjoy music. I started off with solo piano - moved along to easy listening groups (for me). So question is - is there any playback app or process that allows you to isolate one instrument for playback? Say drums - guitar? Thanks for any thoughts. I am expecting “sorry but no” and thats ok.
