In the near future, we plan to add Guild battles and raids, an auction house, and UI improvements for mobile devices.

The game will be continuously and regularly supported and developed.

I’m working on Velderis, a fantasy MMORPG playable directly in the browser, planned for release on 26.06.2026.

The goal is not to reinvent the genre, but to bring back a more classic browser MMO experience: character creation, classes, quests, monsters, guilds, dungeons, rankings, and long-term progression.

I’d like to hear from people who still play or miss this type of game:

What would make a browser-based MMORPG worth trying today?
Is it mostly nostalgia, low system requirements, no download, slower progression, community, rankings, guilds, or something else?

I’m mainly looking for honest feedback on whether this kind of project still has appeal in 2026.
