How strong would Enel be if he was written in MODERN One Piece ?

Almost every single character in modern one piece has pretty solid armament and observation haki, and that doesn't include that a lot of them easily scale in speed above pre TS Luffy, All of these things are stuff Enel somehow doesn't have. Somehow with observation Haki, Enel was really slow, being able to get hit casually by Luffy that in this level was slower than the top members of the CP9.

How strong would Enel be if he had the privilege of being written in modern one piece where every single character for some reason gets armament and observation haki ?

Certain games I try to play run on really low FPS no matter what settings I try to change

When I tried to Load Omega Strikers or Fortnite, no matter what I did (here's a list of everything I tried)

- Restarting PC and updating PC
- Updating graphics driver
- verifying files
- changing resolution and graphics both on my pc and in settings
- Trying to make it so the games will be on High Performance GPU mode

The games always stayed at 15 fps average, when I tried to load Omega Strikers through the files and not steam it for some reason reached 20 fps but that's about it... BUT in other games like Final Fantasy 14 or Hades the game performed fine, really fine even I could run them at the highest graphical settings for these games. Additionally the games that run at really low FPS still take the same amount of Ram and CPU as previously that didn't change

I am 99% sure it's not a GPU issue does anybody per chance know what could be the problem please ?

(Update)Finished chapter 1... AIGISSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

If anybody remembers I am that one person who asked if I should still try out the game after seeing there were a lot of bad reviews about it on google play so I wanted to share my thoughts after finishing chapter 1....

AIGIS WHYYYYYYY THEY COULD'VE HELPED YOU WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

On a serious note fuck chapter 1 was really good, I love when a story is not afraid to be brutal from the get go and the plot in the last few chapters was really intense, I still feel bad for Sarah and... Aigis... 😢 (Ima stop now). The gameplay is also so far really fun and a bit addicting as I am a fan of rouge likes. I love the character designs of literally almost everyone and the detailed areas really help bring the story better to life for me.

Only thing I am not a big fan of at the moment is the music, not a big fan of it even the final boss of chapter 1 didn't have a good track, and of course other gacha problems but it's a gacha game I can't complain at least it's easy to obtain resources

Thank you all for telling me I should still try the game even with the blast of bad reviews. I am excited to see the rest of the game now it's been a while since I've been drawn to a story of a gacha game.

Morimen popped up in my recommendations and fuck that game looks good. But I saw A LOT of reviews that say that now the end game content is starting to be extremely p2w. Would you still recommend the game to a new player or should I give up on this one ?

The First Berserker Khazan crashes when I open it up

The First Berserker Khazan

Windows 11, RTX 5060, I5 10400, 24GB Ram 24GB Ram

I got the game from fitgirl repack and after loading it, It immedietly crashed after booting up this small picture that I sent in the image

I tried reinstalling the game, didn't work. I tried giving it network access but it also didn't work. Not sure what else I am suppose to do now could anyone please help ?
