Please clear my doubt...

I am just a beginner so I don't know much of astrology but as far as I know, 4th house represents mother, 10th represents father and again 10th house represents mother in law(4th from 7th house) and 4th house represents father in law(10th from 7th house) sometimes 9th is considered as house of father then

this doubt is gone but considering 10th as the house of father, so according to it if someone has good mother than they will also have good father in law and if someone has bad father then they will also have bad mother in law? Like can I assume my in laws based on that and even I have noticed this on people I know it's true as far I can think off maybe a coincidence but please enlighten me.

Like I want job security and it matters the most for me even I performed quite decent in neet this year being a first timer and expecting bds course or a drop . I always had the self doubt that I won't be able to clear neet because I am very and by it means very much scared of large syllabus and thus whenever I procrastinated i fear more to even pick up the books. And thus I didn't even prepared for neet, even I took jee coaching because I felt that I am not made for this. Do you guys think neet and mbbs is for a person like me? Because medicine is not something that you would be done in 4-5 years you need to atleast study for 8+ year to become a full fledged doctor please be honest answer preference from 28+ people. I know this question is quite senseless as it is completely personal choice but seeing the unemployed these days it scares me more than the syllabus, should I go for bsc nursing or some other options? I have a pcmb background and am open to almost all the fields just the syllabus and workload should be manageable.
