[L] I need something small enough that stopping after five minutes still counts
I’m not looking for someone to tell me to push through or turn a rough evening into a productivity challenge. I’m trying to find a very small hands-on thing where five minutes can still feel like enough. A lot of crafts sound calming until the setup alone takes longer than the amount of attention you have left. Miniature work is interesting because some steps can be tiny sorting pieces, placing one object, attaching one simple paper detail but other parts obviously need more focus and shouldn’t be started when you’re already done for the day. I think the important part is being able to stop without feeling like the whole project failed.
If you have a quiet craft or little ritual that works in very short bursts, I’d really appreciate hearing what makes it easy to come back to instead of another unfinished thing sitting there judging you.
