How do I get rid of this little bit of fat?

16F 96lbs, strength train 5x a week, 15-20k steps daily,3x a week 45 minute cardio zone 2,eating 1650 cals currently reverse dieting. This little bit of fat is so fucking annoying and makes me feel a little self conscious. I don’t know what to do.

Just started 1600 Cals today, that’s a 50+ increase. I’m 5’1 16 96.0lbs, weight is stable from last week. 3x a week 30 minutes strength training,3x a week 45 minute cardio. 12-20k steps Per day. Weekends active rest, stretch and walk hella. Main goal is to build lean muscle mass. Help a me out bro

I’ve been trying to build muscle for 3 months, I’ve barely made progress due to my obsessive cardio. I do enjoy cardio truly but I need to slow up on it for my goal at the moment. I’ve been doing 2 hours everyday of cardio. Here is my plan. Monday-upper body [5 minute ab finisher]

Tuesday/-lower body [5 minute ab finisher]

Wednesday-full body [5 minute ab finisher]

Thursday-Abs/core

Friday-Lower body [glute focus]

3x a week 45 minute cardio and a cool down walk after lifts and walk after dinner. Basically I’m replacing one of my 40 minute walks with 40/45 minutes of strength training.

Is this more sustainable? I’m still eating 1550 calories, I am reverse dieting. I’m 5’1 16 96.0lbs. If nutrition needs to change please send me tips!!!
