Best SIM for multiple states

For a 47 day trip that covers:
New York, Washington DC, Miami, Orlando, Denver, Colorado, Vegas, LA, Big Sur, Redwoods, Seattle

What is the best sim card (not e-sim) to get.
it's for two people and we would want a lot of data but I should be able to make and receive calls and SMS.

Tunnel Entrance Visit Question

My wife and I just watching Sg1. Only upto season 8 so far.

But we are travelling to Colorado soon.
I know that NORAD is not public access, but we really want to take a photo of the tunnel entrance, even if its far in background.

But does anyone know where the best place would be to take such a photo (without getting arrested)

How much spending money is needed?

My wife an I have a 47 day trip planned. New York, Miami, Orlando, Colorado, Vegas, LA, San Francisco and Seattle.

All hotels, cars, flights and most event/venue tickets have been bought.

Neither of us drink and Fast food (McDonald's) or, I dont what category something like a TGI Fridays is in. But we don't do fancy upscale places.

Public transport is okay for us in NYC but other times I will use uber / lyft

But I'm.lost as how much per day to budget for. None of the hotels include breakfast. We usually asleep anyway.

So for lunch, dinners, snacks and souvenirs. A rough idea if anyone has one

Stay near parks or near Disney Springs?

Some of the Disney partner hotels are near Disney Springs. I like the idea of finishing my day in a park then getting food at Springs and then walk to hotel.

But I also like the idea with Pop Century to take a skyliner to 2 of the parks. But I worry about food choices.

What is best? is staying near Springs worth it?

Also.... the 3 day vs 7 day lighting lane pass reservation is another consideration.

What hotel for Disney World?

I am so overwhelmed. Please have mercy and help me.
This is for 2 adults going 28 June - 5 July

I originally planned to stay at Swan Reserve. It's not official Disney but it's inside the park and I can walk to Epcot and it has extended hours.

But it's expensive. Especially as I'll need another $1000 for park tickets

So then I thought what about:
Animation Studios as it has skyliner
or Waldorf Astoria Orlando which is cheaper than Swan or Homes2Suites as I'm.staying for a while so having a bigger room maybe nice.

From what I can tell:
Extended hours is for select parks on select dates. As I am going on around 4th July, I thinks parks will be open late for the fireworks anyway.

No rental car
I do not have a car for this trip. I was planning to either use Disney services or Uber/lyft to get from place to place as I don't like waiting for the shuttle buses

Questions
1: How valuable is it to be able to walk to and from the parks?

2: If taking an Uber is the best alternative to the Disney buses then does hotel location even matter if I am taking an uber anyway?

3: Does it mean I could save even more and stay in a non-disney partner hotel and just uber daily?

4: Is being near Disney Springs for the food options better than staying near Epcot or Animal Kingdom (as I can get Animal kingdom hotel cheaper than Swan)

5: Does staying in a Disney hotel mean you get access on the first check-in day to the water parks or must I still buy the ticket that specifically allows for water parks

6: If I am not park hopping and 1 park per day and not repeating parks. There are 4 parks, I have no need to spend 7 nights within Disney right??

Switching Phone Carriers

Currently I have China Unicom. It's been fine, but I hate the app. Is it possible to switch to China Mobile or China Telecom and keep my existing number. As its super vital for everything in China

I'm planning to do LA to Solvang to Big Sur to San Fran to Redwoods to Seattle

Can someone advise me on:

1: Should I swap Big Sur with Sequoia National Park
2: Book hotels in advance or just get on the day (we are fine with Motel6 / Super8 etc...)
