What is your guys view on the carnivore diet?

As a person who loves meat, I don’t support that diet, but at the same time, I appreciate its elimination strategy. It completely eliminates ultra processed foods, refined flour, soy, and many other harmful toxins. That is why they feel their body has improved, but long term, without vegetables, fruits, and seafood, their body would not function properly.

Happy! Finally saw my girl today after 3 weeks. We went on a date, and this is what we ate. We shared everything because we wanted to eat light for the night.

With all the things and problems going on in the world, life is still beautiful ❤️. We planned to travel a little more, but it's raining heavily, so after the rain goes down, we'll go back to the hotel.

To God Almighty, I don't know if You exist, but my girl believes in You. So if You do, thank You for this life. Even if it's not perfect, even if it's filled with suffering and problems, it's still beautiful, and I'm thankful for it.

We watched One Night Only. It was enjoyable mostly because I got to spend time with her. Though the plot makes almost no sense, the characters reactions to the situations were pretty entertaining.
