Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition and Fallout 3 GOTY Edition?

So I've been thinking about getting the Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition and the Fallout 3 GOTY Edition (when they go on sale). I've already played through New Vegas and have 20+ hours on it, and I enjoyed it, so I've been thinking about getting the rest of the series I already own the original base versions of Fallout 4 and 3, but I might want the DLC. What should I do?

Should I buy the Kingdom Hearts trilogy?

So the Kingdom Hearts trilogy (KINGDOM HEARTS -HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX-, KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and KINGDOM HEARTS III + Re Mind (DLC)) has gone on sale on Steam for $29.29. I've heard good things about the series, so I'm wondering if I should buy it now or wait another time to get it because I've seen recent reviews on Steam where people complain about the PC port.

Is Black Ops 6 worth it?

So I've already played Modern Warfare II and Black Ops Cold War on Steam, and while I really enjoyed and liked Cold War, it's sadly starting to show its age with poor connections to the servers. Now I know Black Ops 7 is the worst thing to ever exist, so that's why I'm wondering if I should buy Black Ops 6 on Steam. I heard multiplayer is pretty good and that it mixes the fast-paced nature of Cold War with the modernity of Modern Warfare II.

Should I buy it for $17.49?

Should I buy Modern Warfare III for $17.49 on Steam? What's different in this game? I already played Cold War and Modern Warfare II so I just wanted to know.

[COD] Lag on all Call of Duty titles

So I've been playing Modern Warfare II and Cold War for a bit, and I've noticed it always lags at random times, so is this a thing only the older titles experience besides the new Black Ops, Warzone, and the upcoming Modern Warfare?

Hypothetical Live-Action Fullmetal Alchemist Series

So my younger brother has been getting me into Fullmetal Alchemist, especially the Brotherhood anime, and I must admit that I am having a really great time with it. I even went back and read the original manga.

Now I'm more of a One Piece fan; I've read the manga (the anime is a bit of a struggle at times lol), and I've also seen the live-action adaptation with my family, and I thought it was amazingly great, and from then on I thought about what it would be like if we got a live-action Fullmetal Alchemist series in a similar vein to One Piece.

I get that some people may not want live-action adaptations and will constantly make fun of attempts, but this isn't about that; this is just a hypothetical post that I want other people on this subreddit to take part in for fun.

Now with that out of the way, let's first see what made the live-action adaptation of One Piece work. First of all, they grounded the characters in a way that, while keeping their core traits, they didn't take them to the extreme like in the original manga and anime. Second of all, the showrunners and writers knew what to add, change, and cut out in order to fit within the budget and story they wanted to tell, and third of all, they respected the source material, especially by getting the original creator on board to oversee things.

Alright, so let's go back to Fullmetal Alchemist. Let's say each season will have 8 episodes, all ranging to about an hour, along with a possible $150 million budget for each season or less. That's what I have so far. I'm not claiming to be a super expert on this series; I just wanted to do this for fun with other people in this community.

The original series has such a good story, characters, and world, and I think if done right, it could be adapted into a really good live-action series and gain an even bigger audience, so if you have any ideas, suggestions, or tips, please feel free to reply and join in.

Weird Texture/Graphics Glitch on PC

So I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti (16 GB) with 32 GB of RAM, but whenever I load into a multiplayer match, sometimes the textures and graphics get all terrible and blurry at random. I've put the game on the highest settings. I've refreshed the shader cache, but I haven't installed the High Resolution Assets DLC. Do I need to do that? And if not, what else should I do to fix this?

Might refund Black Ops Cold War for $19.79

I'm thinking of getting a refund for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War because I already own Modern Warfare II unless there's an actual reason to keep it. What's the difference? These are my first two CoD games, and I've already put an hour into them trying to see what the difference is and if Cold War is worth it to keep.

Besides that, if I do end up refunding, what good/great games on Steam are currently $19.79? Or what games should I get that are in that price range?

Downloading Modern Warfare II (2022) on Steam

So I downloaded both Call of Duty HQ and Modern Warfare II, but when I try to launch Modern Warfare II from HQ, it keeps crashing. I only selected the "Multiplayer" DLC for both HQ and Modern Warfare II when installing. What have I done wrong?

Is Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War still broken?

So I've been wanting to buy Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War for some time now. I play on PC, so I first checked the Steam reviews, and apparently people are saying that there are tons of problems, most being that some people can't even open the game or play an online match.

I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti (16 GB). So will I have a possibly better experience then the people who left the reviews?

[COD] How can I avoid getting hacked?

So I've heard that some Call of Duty games can get you hacked if you are playing on PC, so I'm wondering what games I should get so this won't be a problem or at least how to avoid this.

$5 Steam Summer Sale Games

I got $5 left in my Steam Wallet and want to use it on some good games. I have come down to this list:

Sonic Mania + Encore DLC: I played the game a long time ago when it came out on Nintendo Switch. I didn't finish it, and I never got the DLC.

Black Mesa: I finished both Half-Life 1 and 2, and I feel like replaying the first one again on this would be cool.

Wolfenstein: The New Order: I heard amazing things about this game, and I've played stuff similar to it, like Bioshock and Doom.

Celeste: Another game I've heard great things about, and I have a history of platformers.

Fruit Mountain: I like chill games like PowerWash Simulator, so this could be good.

The Walking Dead: I remember YouTubers like Stampy and PewDiePie playing this, and I enjoyed games like Minecraft: Story Mode and Dispatch.

Far Cry 3: Pyrocynical

GTA Original Trilogy or Definitive Edition?

I've been looking to play the original GTA games. My only problem is that I don't know if I should buy the Original Trilogy from the Rockstar Store or the Definitive Edition from Steam. On one hand, I don't really want to play a glitchy mess like the Definitive Edition. On the other hand, I don't know if the Original Trilogy will function properly in terms of controls or playability on newer hardware. Does anyone have any suggestions?

(Uncommon Trope) Protagonists who start out with good intentions only to become the villain later on.

• Light Yagami (Death Note) - Light starts out as a highly intelligent high school student who despises evil and becomes "Kira," a megalomaniacal, self-proclaimed god willing to sacrifice anyone, including his own family, to rule a utopian world.

• Walter White (Breaking Bad) - Walter began as a mild-mannered high school chemistry teacher who was dying of cancer; he needed to secure his family's financial future before he died, so he quite literally "breaks bad" to become a ruthless, manipulative drug kingpin known as Heisenberg to secure enough money.

• Billy Butcher (The Boys) - With the death of his brother Lenny and wife Becca, Billy was on a tragic descent from a grieving anti-hero vigilante into a ruthless, superpowered extremist. Driven by his trauma, his hatred for Homelander, Vought, and all supes ultimately warps him into a monster, with his end goal to commit global genocide against all superpowered beings, even if he has to kill the people who trusted and stuck around with him to the very end.

EDIT: I just want to make something clear: when I say "good intentions," I mean that these people were doing something for a goal you could argue as "selfless" and beneficial to a group of people close to them or the world; it's just that over time the power they gain not only corrupts them to the point of no return but also brings out their inner demons that have been festering for a long time, whether that was due to trauma or overexposure to a cruel world.

(Rare Trope) Sequel starts immediately after the first movie

• Incredibles 2 - The Parrs and Lucius battle The Underminer in Municiberg. This is exactly where the first movie ended and where the sequel starts.

• The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part - Shortly after the first movie with the destruction of the Kragle via the Piece of Resistance, Duplo aliens start and invasion in Bricksburg.

• Muppets Most Wanted - The sequel follows up exactly right after where the original 2011 film ended with the musical finale.
