the majority of my materials smell like close to nothing, or am i nose blind

my chest, arms , and face, especially my eyelids have just been burning, i’m using the vanicream sensitive moisturizer, cerave sunscreen and a basic toner, my eyelids have been burning all morning, being in the cold helps. on my body i’ve just been using some shea body moisturizer, it hurts and i don’t know what to do.

it’s not just a normal nap either, it’s typically a four hour nap. no matter how much i sleep the night before im exhausted after work, my sleep scores are normal, i’m just on my feet for 8 hours. i want to enjoy the rest of my day, i work 6 am to 2 pm, but i go home and even if i sit up, i don’t enjoy anything because im SO tired. so i would rather sleep and just do what i have to do at night, but i still need a full 8 hour sleep at least, but waking up after 4 hours cuts it in half, i dont know, i’m stressed.

i’m debating on quitting my job, i often sleep walk during my after work naps too, i typically sleep walking due to stress.

it’s simple to get normal scents like rose and lavender, but where are they buying blood, asphalt, dirt, or are these scents a state of mind lol

i was fully convinced that sulphate was bad for your hair, i never touched anything that contained it, until i accidentally used it. i just got the redken volume injection shampoo set, little did i know, it contained sulphates! my hair is so soft, voluminous and manageable, why did i fear sulphates for all these years! i’m obsessed, i have fine low porosity hair, but lots of strands so it can get frizzy especially on humid days, but my hair is perfect today. of course i won’t be using this shampoo everyday, as it’s good to switch up your shampoo, but yeah, i think we fear it too much.

my favorite part is the deeper voice in it which is kind of odd but it’s nostalgic and scratches an itch for me, is it just his voice deepend? are there any other song with something like this lol

i have fine hair but a lot of it, it weighs itself down and makes my hair flat especially in the summer. i’ve come to really like olaplex N4 fine olaplex, which is volumizing, but i saw redken is also on sale and they also have a volumizing shampoo, i’ve never used redken before. any recommendations? should i just get the olaplex?
