Magazines sold with tracking numbers on the receipt

Ark Tactical used to sell stardard mags with a UPS tracking number printed on the bottom in some half-ass attempt to make it look like the magazines were leaving the state. Now they won't sell magazines to anybody but LEOs.

There's literally 1 instance of someone being charged with a magazine capacity crime in the 13 years of this law.. So why change now?

Can any LGS employee/owner in the group share the actual encounter with the CBI or a cease/desist letter they received to stop selling standard magazines?

Also, what makes the LGS think I'm gonna be traveling to Colorado and just so happen to need a few PMAGs with a 20% over MSRP + about 15% in taxes and then I wanna pay shipping to my home state?

Anyone else annoyed by these rapid-fire interior decorating "Influencers"?

https://preview.redd.it/8irjflsvp2gh1.png?width=683&format=png&auto=webp&s=7eaf7579c7f00f96786b039ef534815704d53efd

This person rents an apartment and has made decorating her entire personality. At this point it's the same content over and over and the videos cut so quick to the next seen that it's nearly impossible to get an eye on any specific decor..

How do "Interior decorating influencers" generate revenue? I like some of the wall colors but I feel like most of the stuff is just IKEA. Now since I've watched her videos I'm bombarded with other people doing exactly the same thing as her.

50% off

I LOVE the 50% off stuff. I live .5 mile away and go every single morning at 8AM to hunt for 50% off - It's the only way I can afford to shop at WF

Lately, I've noticed that employees are grabbing up most of the 50% off stuff before I can. I'm just curious why this is allowed. I've always assumed they would need to wait until EOD to claim these items, but I went in this morning RIGHT at opening, and noticed an employee with a basketful of 50% off stuff.. Is this SOP for WF staff, or am I just being a Karen?

Local Kydex Holster companies

Excluding Slim Fit because take several weeks to stick some plastic in the oven, does anyone have a good recommendation for Kydex holsters? I had one made a few years ago at Tanner Gun Show, but I can't remember who did it..

TIA!

Ark Tactical no scheduling transfers anymore

I used to go to Ark Tactical for everything. I've been a CO AR-15 member for 10 years and Ark used to offer a deep discount on Xfers for members..

I called today to schedule the $10 xfer, and they said "We're all booked up, but you can walk in for a $65 transfer" Yeah i'm sure I can. They're conveniently "Booked up" until.. wait for it.. August 1st - The timing seems just too convenient.

Adding Ark to the list of LGSs to no longer patronize. LGSs are their own worst enemy. You can blame online retailers with no overhead, cheap customers, CO state laws or whatever but there are a dozen things you can do to win business and this isn't one of them.

Why such high transfer fees?

I've heard as high as $100, with the average being about $40-$60.

Are LGS's for the people, or just there to profit off the squeeze Colorado has put on us?

If they wanted my business, why not incentivize me to buy from them vs. online?

Guy pretends to be a realtor for social media.. is this normal?

This guy is based in Florida and is an agent but he's working under "Real Broker LLC" I also used AI image search to find the homes he shoots content in front of, and a lot of them were active listings with different agents. I called one of the agents and they had no idea he was going to shoot content at this house, and actually didn't even have a buyer he just made a video and left.

Who actually allows this? I see no benefit to let this guy film content in your home, he's not increasing exposure because the focus of his skits aren't to showcase the house to potential buyers..

Moving to Castle Rock soon <3

My family is under contract on a house close to DT and across the street from the school and I couldn't be more excited. We've been living in Denver for the last 10 years and I just think Castle Rock is overall a better place for a young family. It's significantly more peaceful, quiet and friendly. I cannot wait to enjoy all that CR has to give!

Not flying and still keeping your job?

My MIL is a flight attendant for a US-based airline. She has been with the airline for 20 years, and a FA for 5 years. She hasn't flown in 3 months and still has a job. She's not on vacation or leave of any kind. She was supposed to fly yesterday but gave her trip away.. When I asked why she doesn't just retire, she said "Do you want to pay my insurance?"

So my question is.. how can she not fly for months at a time and still be employed?

Can Pre-Juniper suspension be improved?

Looking to buy my first Tesla MY, and my budget allows for a Pre-Juniper. All the reviews say the suspension is the worst part, followed by interior noise.

Having said that, can I simply upgrade the suspension like I would any other car?

Do mainstream nutritionists support Veganism?

Is it common for a nutritionist to steer people away from being Vegan? I feel like in 2026 there's enough scientific data to support a vegan diet but for some reason I think a Nutritionist would still advise against it.

Note: I haven't been to one yet, I'm just curious what they'd say. This is actually for my wife. Her blood test results indicate "good stuff down, bad stuff up" and she's like "I wanna talk to a nutritionist before considering Veganism" to me, it's not rocket science.. just cut out carbs and red meat and sugars right?

My fear is a nutritionist will steer her away from my desire for us to go vegan or plant based

What are some obscure or lesser-known nationalities of cuisines in Portland?

I'm wondering if we have any micro-state restaurant offerings in Portland? Basically looking for food from tiny, underrepresented countries

I'd even settle for specific region cuisine from larger countries(Think India but South India or Bengal instead of generic)

Smoked/Candied Salmon?

I'm looking for locally-caught smoked/cured/candied salmon. I used to buy Whole Foods candied salmon but they quit that years ago. I'm willing to drive a good distance for some!
