What's your opinion about Asha Sharma?

I've mostly seen gamers acting like she's the second coming of christ but she just strikes me as a career C-suite and the type of person who can afford hobbies like horseriding and yachting and is thus completely indiferent to videogames, so her corpo speak tweets about Elder Scrolls 6 or whatever are just kind of eye roll inducing to me. The massive layoffs after she took over are also a pretty big indicator Xbox is not all flowers and rainbows after she became CEO, but all gamers care about is consuming next product so of course none of them seem to give a damn about that

Player owned businesses

I don't want to own businesses that are in the base game already so no Landlord or Real Estate Continued, I want new stuff. Hearthfire building mechanics are a plus but not a must

I already have:

Windstad Mine

Heljarchen Farm

Millwater Retreat

Katixa's Ciderhouse Restaurant

Honeystrand Meadery

My Little Shop

The Booksmith

Not interested:

Golden Hen Restaurant

The Drunken Dragon

Favorite VA performances?

I'm playing Variable Barricade and I'm absolutely in love with the amazing performance of Hibari's VA Saki Fujita, like this woman was giving her whole life in that recording booth I swear to god, half the charm of this game is her acting alone

Any mods that let female characters wear the male version of the fine clothes with fur collar?

I just don't like the dress, I can't quite put my finger on what exactly makes me think so but it looks off to me

What's up with these Polish companies that keep pumping out borderline shovelware first person simulators into Steam?

I mean like Playway S.A., Rockgame S.A., Toplitz Productions. They are always from Poland, always have a bunch of store pages up for "upcoming" games that never come out, and it's always first person simulators or survival games that seem to be asset flips. I mean not all of them are bad I gotta admit these weirdly specific first person simulators are my guilty pleasure (Thief Simulator my beloved), but I just find it intriguing how they're all oddly similar. I'm going to take a wild guess and say Poland has some kind of government grant system or tax break for videogame companies? This is just a guess though I have no clue about how the Polish government works

If I have multiple mods that try to change a single npc how do I choose which one takes priority?

For example, I'm using Immersive Armors and New Legion Redux (among others), both of them try to change Legate Rikke's armor, she's wearing the Heroic Imperial armor set from Immersive Armors but I want her to wear the New Legion armor instead, how do I do that?

What are some of your favorite Skyrim mods? (Special/Anniversary Edition)

Recently I got an urge to play Skyrim again and now I'm working on my modlist for a new playthrough, but as we all know playing Skyrim and modding Skyrim are two entirely different pastimes so I've spent the past few days sifting through Nexus mods instead of actually playing and I don't feel anywhere close to done so if anyone has some mods to recommend please send them my way, preferably lesser known ones since anyone who's ever dabbled in Skyrim mods already knows about Legacy of the Dragonborn, Beyond Skyrim and all those massive popular mods

We've all heard about love at first sight, but I want to know what were your hate at first sight characters

This post was inspired by me playing through Shion's route in Variable Barricade and immediately feeling a visceral disgust when that annoying ass little kid showed up talking about himself in the third person (which they mercifully kept out of the localized text but I could clearly hear him say his own name like 50 times in the voice over)

I just can't stand these overly cutesy child characters, I know they're popular in Japan but that doesn't change the fact I personally hate them lol

Question about Variable Barricade

I just got past the part where Hibari gets Rabi and the fact you can choose where it goes is making me scared of missing unlockable scenes by choosing the wrong spot. Can you actually miss anything or is it just for flavor?

How does replaying events work in Variable Barricade?

So I just finished Ichiya's first board and I went with all the romance up answers, but then I wanted to see what happens if I go with the reason up answers but it's apparently just gone now? I've mashed all the shouder buttons and it's not showing up anymore. Do I need to finish all of his route now, reload an earlier save, start a new game or what? I assumed that since you can select the events from a board instead of a traditional chapter based structure you could just replay them whenever you wanted but apparently it doesn't work that way

Are the Los Carnales inspired by the Capulets in Romeo + Juliet (1996)?

I'm playing the original Saints Row for the first time right now and the red outfits + Angelo looking identical to John Leguizamo's character in that movie makes me think so but I haven't seen anyone else make this connection

What's the fastest way of writing a history in BoH?

I'm considering the idea of getting 100% achievements in Book of Hours but the ones where you need to get unique victories with each type of librarian are kinda killing my enthusiasm. I have my main save I've been playing since the beginning with a Prodigal librarian in which I'm currently working on maxing the Tree of Wisdom and doing all the affairs and further stories to set up for the Lighthouse Institute endings, and I got so much stuff I don't want to start over from the beginning (I know you can have multiple saves so I'm not worried about losing it I'm just dreading having to do everything again)

Does anyone else use "Skyrim" as a verb?

When I'm glitching my way up a mountain in an open world game (which I tend to do a lot because I'm stubborn) by just jumping against it a lot I refer to it as "skyrim my way up"
