a little jerk with a high impact: i sabotaged the automod bot comments by changing all the trigger words like 2 days ago and then forgot about it almost immediately. i'm gonna leave it this way until i personally no longer find it funny
little known fact: the PornHub logo was inspired by the aposematic colorations used by the Monarch butterfly and other milkweed munchers

thoughts?
walked by this earlier, very curious as to what animal and if i should go back to collect any
edit: i live in the suburbs, about an hour from chicago. i got off at a different bus stop than i usually do, but i guess no one ever gets off at those stops. itβs along a decently busy street, i assume people walk on the other side of it since the side i ended up getting off was overgrown with foliage.
Help!! these caterpillars wonβt stop eating my baptesia, Iβve tried soapy water, what do i do?

PokeNews everyone!
r/ItsAlwaysPokeweed was tragically cut down in its prime due to inactive moderation, but like the mighty pokeweed we have regrown from our roots! Reddit has appointed u/HighColdDesert and myself as the replacement moderators for the sub. I am a moderator of r/NativePlantGardening and a few other subs, and HighColdDesert is a first-time reddit mod. We are both long-term consistently active users so I don't think the subreddit will get flagged as inactive again. It should be smooth sailing from here!
We will consider different ways to improve the subreddit going forward, but for the time being let's just carry on like normal. Of course if you have any ideas or suggestions feel free to share them.
Let's! See! Those! Pokeweeds!!!
July, year 3, zone 5B native wildflower habitat that complies with my local laws
what could potentially cause this? (sorry for the potato quality i have no idea why itβs like that lol)
just for reference is is 94 degrees at 50% humidity today
edit: thanks to everyone for the advice! i managed to get the cover off and spray down the *very* dirty coil and get the cover back on, all under the watchful eyes of a gang of Northern Paper wasps that lived in the unit. itβs running fantastically now π
