Can the Mudi 7 be used as a battery?

Curious if anyone tried it. Says USB PD but might not be bidirectional. Mudi 1 doesn’t seem to allow this. Would be useful as an emergency charge for my phone when traveling.

Felt a bit down on power so decided to clean it out. Took maybe 30 minutes with some throttle body cleaner, pipe brushes and a puppy pad. Helped a bit but going to take the intake off next.
