returned an item in february, still haven’t received my refund
bought a hyper speed dongle back in february to replace my broken usb dongle and ended up returning it and it was delivered and marked so on the return status page but i still haven’t gotten a refund 4 months later. the chat support is absolutely no help since it’s AI and won’t escalate to a real person, will calling corporate HQ help? they escalate my case through emails and then take hours if not days to reply. i’m ready to seek legal action, just need to know how to go about it.
