Can anyone tell me if this is true? (Check description for full context)

I was in unit 1 when this appeared. Duo told me to write what no problem meant so I wrote por favor (since that is what I was told previously by another duo lesson). But when I wrote it, it said I was incorrect and that the correct sentence was "¡De Nada!. In the picture is when I redid that part and since I remembered the ¡de nada! I was able to pass. Though, which one is correct??

Uhhhh what?

So I was playing gag2 and I was going in my garden. I then decided to teleport to the seed shop to check if a fruit was there and as i got there i suddenly got teleported back to my plot and I got glitches inside the floor. I tried to escape by teleporting to the seed shop but it didnt work so I left the game. Has anyone encountered this and was it a hacker?
