I support the theater and buy their popcorn and drinks, but I don’t like their hot dogs and I need a decent dog when I go to the movies. RIP Top Dog.

I added VICI to my IRA about a year ago. Plan on retiring next year and will be using this and other equities for income.

It’s down about 20% since I got in and I’ve in turn been averaging down and buying into it. I tend to be overly concerned with my entry point/average cost, even on things I never plan on selling, FWIW. Seeing something down makes me think they’re something to “fix”, even if there’s nothing wrong with the fundamentals.

I guess you could say I’m a bit of a “panic buyer”. Another side effect of this is I always leap to early on corrections and jump in with my dry powder trying to catch a falling knife, like I did with Liberation Day, even though they eventually became good trades. But this post is about VICI.

They seem to be mostly all in SoCal.

Has anyone seen such a thing here in the O-A-K?

I projected my annual div income for SCHD and realized it pays my almost *exactly* $1 per share.

What does it mean? Nothing I guess, but I really like round numbers and symmetry.

When using Chop mode on the MPC Sample, is there a way to have all the sample’s end points play to the end? That’s usually how I prefer to play my chops, with them all in the same choke group and cutting each other off.

For example, in Koala there’s a setting called ‘PLAYTHRU’ that allows for this.

If not, I’ll just keep copying the sample across multiple pads and do it all manually, like I’ve been doing for the past 25 years.

That website says: “Breakfast Burrito, now served every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 to 11:00 AM.”

But the posted hours for weekends is 11am-3pm.

Which is it?

FWIW, I went there a few weeks ago on a Saturday at 10:30am and they were closed.

I guess I can just walk over again and find out. If they are closed like last time, I’ll make the same pivot and get breakfast tacos at Rico Rico.
