I have been better after starting anxiety meds but today im having a bad day i feel really anxious and are thinking about what if i cant fall asleep tonight as sleep is one of the most anxiety inducing things for me and i cant just stop my toughts. Anyone else experiencing this?

This is a bit of an tmi but does anyone else get anxiety from going to the bathroom, like when i feel like i have to poop i immediatly get bad anxiety that goes away after i go to the bathroom. I have not had anything bad happen to me that could cause me to be afraid of going so its really weird to me

Is it a real thing i felt awesome before week 6 and now i feel like im back to the starting point so is it just a thing that will pass or do the meds just not work anymore?

I have been horribly anxious about going to the dentist so i havent went in almost 10 years but yesterday i finally did it! It wa not nearly as bad as i tought i had to get an tooth removed but the dentist was super nice and it did not hurt at all im super proud of myself!

Im on 10mg and have been so great but at the 5-6 week point i have gotten some of my anxiety symptoms back am i going crazy

Onko täällä kellään hammaslääkäripelkosel mitää kokemuksii et otetaanko siel huomioon pelkoo yms, mietin myös että voinko vaan pyytää että noi hampaat poistettais koska eniten pelkään juurihoitoo

I have a horrible fear of dentist and have been avoiding going, but now i have to and im scared shitless im on anxiety meds but even they help just a little in this situatioin to the people who experience this too do you have any tips on how to make it a better experience im just afraid i will have a panic attack in the chair

Okay so hi, i have horrible fear of going to the dentist to the point i get a panic attacks in the waiting room and just leave and due to this i havent visited in years and my teeth have gone really bad and on both of my last back teeth i have cavities so bad there is like only half of the tooth left and i cant put going off any more so im making and appointment but im scared shitless are there any ways they can take my fear into concideration? And can i just ask them to pull the teeth because im extremely afraid of getting a root canal treatment

I missed a dose by like 3 hours i took it but feel really anxious can it cause side effects even tho the time i missed it by was really short?

So i have been taking lexapro 10mg for five weeks now and before i had horrible health anxiety to the point that first thing i would do when waking up was check my body for hours trying to find anything wrong, now i dont feel the need anymore and today i assume i got food poisoning because i threw up and before i would have gone crazy googling the worst possible thing but now i did not even think about it i just tought oh well it was just something i ate. I know its a small thing but i feel like i was released from healt anxiety prison

Im now on week 5 of 10mg and i suddenly started sweating like hell two days ago its not even hot in my house and im so sweaty my clothes will be wet after like 15mins of wearing them💀 if its a side effect of the med would it not have started when i started the med?, anyone else experienced this?
