After almost an hour long call with Nintendo they helped me regain access to my NNID from almost a decade ago. However, since the old 3DS is still linked to the account, I do not have access to the account on my New 3DSXL. I will call Nintendo again tomorrow and escalate to a supervisor. HAs anyone had luck with this issue in the last 2 years?
I’ve had it plugged in for a day and while it is plugged the battery symbol flashes. When I unplug it shows 84 minutes. I haven’t used it in two years but last time I did, the system showed an estimate of 4 hours. Is this a battery issue or is there another way to troubleshoot it?
Power switch does not work properly. Will not start regularly. Will randomly turn on, but not always. Would switching the power switch resolve the issue?
I replaced a digitizer that was very off. But now the new screen seems to be odd. I never saw a reaction until I touched it with my finger. Any advice on this?
Edit: solved. It needed a new adhesive under the case above the digitizer. Thank you everyone for the help!
