3. OPG room / CBCT room with 9 inch wall across all sides (completely closed room except the entrance door). No windows included in this room. 10*8 / 8*8/ 8*6
4. Sterilisation Room(Recommended size), All Compressors, UPS/Online UPS goes to this room only
5. Small washroom (with 4.5 ft * 4.5 ft)
6. Reception with somewhat grand look.

My father has multiple un authorised Transactions today morning. He stay in town and I stay in Hyderabad

1. He immediately switched off his mobile. He tried to call me and I was not available… by the time I reach out to him, he called to bank customer care and blocked the card for transactions.
2. I got to know and I called to customer care and blocked the card for any further transactions ans issued a new card.
3. Customer care team transferred the call to dispute team and they have raised a service request from there end, but they are asking to submit the FIR Copy.

Later identified that, there was call forwarding and messages were enabled on his mobile, he made it remove for now and I asked to switch off his mobile and remove Sim.

My questions are:

1. What is the best process to be followed to file FIR?
2. To file FIR copy, do they need that mobile number active? So that, they need any proofs to collect evidence for FIR? Or can we go ahead and block the sim and take new sim?
3. Also, for reformatting the mobile, do the police need the current mobile situation? Or we can go ahead and format the mobile via service centre.
4. What is the best process to be followed here?
