Not seeing Clear discharge during ovulation
Do you always see clear discharge during ovulation? Or is it possible to ovulate without seeing this discharge on your slip? I have all the symptoms but I don't see this discharge

Girls, I don't know if this all makes sense.
I've only had three natural periods in two years, the last one last month, so I still have to see if I'll get one this month, but ovulation and the luteal phase have become unmanageable.
I feel awful, my legs hurt, I'm bloated, the constipation I already suffer from is becoming unmanageable, I'm becoming more depressed than ever, and I feel incredibly uneasy the two weeks leading up to my period, and if it's late, I can feel like this for three weeks or a month until it arrives.
Then I'm fine for a week or two and it all starts again... before I lost it, it wasn't so devastating, I wasn't that bad. I'd say it was better before...
Anyone else like me?
Does anyone avoid dairy products for reasons other than gastrointestinal issues? I think they cause me problems with low mood, nervousness, insomnia, constipation (very strange) and constant hunger. Anyone else like me?
Would it make sense to do an elimination diet? Is it possible that certain foods cause constipation, or is it pointless? With slow transit, are medications the only solution? What can I do if I don't want to take them? I currently go to the bathroom every 5-7 days...
Has anyone found benefits from eliminating dairy? I eat a lot of dairy, would I find any benefits?
What dietary changes might be needed? I've been tested for SIBO and I don't have it. I've also had a microbiome test and everything seems fine. I suffer from chronic constipation and if I eat certain foods I swell up like a balloon, the brain fog has become debilitating, affecting my work.
I'm a 29-year-old woman and I've been living with brain fog for as long as I can remember.
I can't take it anymore, sometimes I even forget how to pronounce certain words; it's terrible.
I've had blood tests and everything is more or less fine (maybe a slight vitamin D deficiency for which I'm taking a supplement, my TSH is slightly higher than normal (3.2), but nothing that would explain how terrible I feel).
Help!
Hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone has this type of problem. I realize my biggest symptoms aren't from table sugar, but from fruit, dates, honey, and dried fruit. Symptoms include irritability, extreme bloating, nervousness, insomnia, chronic constipation, and swelling and pain in my legs. Anyone else have the same problem?
How many calories should I eat per day now that my period is back so I don't miss it again? I'm 5'3" (160 cm), weigh 115 lbs (52 kg), and only take 10-15 k steps a day, but I want to start weight training 3 times a week. Am I still aiming for 2,100 calories? Online calculators tell me 1,800-1,900, but I'd starve.
Is magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate better for constipation? And how many mg? Should I take it in the evening or in the morning? On an empty or full stomach? Has it worked for anyone?
My period came back, but it's very light... it came back on its own without progesterone or anything. Can I consider it a period even if it's light? How can I avoid missing it again? (I had two spontaneous periods in November and January, and then it stopped until now). The first thing my head tells me is to immediately restrict again even a Little to feel less bloated... and it doesn't help that the ravenous hunger I've had for the last two weeks has also gone away
Hey guys, has anyone managed to overcome dairy addiction? I didn't believe dairy addiction existed, and I always downplayed it. I still don't know if it's possible, but I would only eat dairy. If I don't eat it, I feel sick. Kilos of yogurt, cheese... even just Greek yogurt to which I add sugar and puffed rice. I tried replacing yogurt with plant-based alternatives, but it's not the same.
Is there anyone who does this diet for reasons other than weight loss? That is, someone who started not to lose weight but for other reasons. If so, what were your reasons? Since when have you been eating carnivore, and what benefits have you noticed? In your replies, please include whether you're a man or a woman ☺️
5'3 girls: what weight did you get when you got your period back?
I'd like to get an idea if I should continue gaining weight or if I can just stay here and wait (I know everyone is different, I just want to get an idea) ❤️
Is there anyone out there who doesn't even eat fruit but isn't keto/low carb?
Referring to girls.
Have you ever missed your period after stopping Prozac?
Girls, I think I'm giving up. I can't gain any more weight hoping it comes back without knowing for sure. What's the point of having my period but being so depressed that I can't leave the house? I was 42 kg at the beginning. I first accepted gaining 3 kg, which for me was a lot, then another 3, then another 2, then another 2. I had two spontaneous periods before stopping the Prozac I had been taking for a year and a half. After stopping, everything stopped again. Now I'm 52 kg (I've always had my period at this weight; I usually weighed 49 kg and have always had regular periods; I'm 160 cm anyway), I had to get a new wardrobe, my legs and feet are always swollen, my breasts are swollen and painful, and I have white discharge (but not clear, so I'm not ovulating) BUT STILL NO PERIOD. I had an ultrasound and it showed a 3.4mm endometrium, which is still too thin, and I definitely won't have a period anytime soon. I'm giving up. I'm 29 now and I don't want children.
The only solution the gynecologist suggested was either the pill or estrogen patches combined with progesterone. I know it's not a real period, but at least it would protect my bones.
How often do you manage to go to the bathroom without medication?
I see from the various responses that you manage to go several times a week.
Is there anyone who only goes once every 5-7 days like me?
Whether I take laxatives or not, I can't go more than once every 5-7 days, and I feel like I'm the only one. Do you think I should take prokinetic meds?
I've read that they can worsen depression or otherwise have psychological effects, and I'm already depressed and anxious, so I'm reluctant.
How would this way of eating help depression? What's wrong with fruits and vegetables? I would like to hear the experiences of people who recovered from depression by eating carnivore and then tried reintroducing fruits and vegetables (so healthy, unprocessed foods) and depression came back.
I'm not talking about sad mood but real depression.
