Did transmascs not exist in 80s/90s ballroom culture?

I love both POSE and the documentary that inspired it, Paris is Burning, but I do think it's weird that there's no mention of transmascs in either. I don't think it's a big deal, I'm glad black and brown transfems finally have some good representation, but it does make me wonder if transmascs just weren't in the ballroom scene back then

Paid or Unpaid contributors

Howdy! I’m making a zine called Lorem Ipsum, a random zine about bullshit. Articles about random topics, crossword puzzles, comics, etc. An entire yapfest. The first issue is all stuff I’ve made but for my next issue I want people to be able to contribute to it. Problem is, I probably won’t be able to pay contributors (for the foreseeable future at least) with how cheap I’ll be selling it. I though maybe I could send contributors a free copy of this issue they’re in but idk if that’s enough.

Should I just scrap the contribution idea and keep it all my work or what?

Even within the trans community, it's maligned. I don't expect cis people to have good takes about trans healthcare, but seeing other trans folks, especially trans men, shit on phalloplasty really upsets me. I genuinely feel incomplete without a penis and phallo is the closest I'll probably ever get to fixing that problem. I agree that the technology isn't as advanced as it could be, but damn.

I have no idea what to do with my hair most of the time. I wanna grow it out but dysphoria starts itching once it gets a certain length. Most trans guy hair advice is for white dudes with straight/wavy hair
