Thoughts on this routine (upper lower rest repeat split)? I’ve been training for nearly 2 years now. Would love to hear your advice!
Upper day 1:
Routine lat focussed upper day:
Back:
- Wide-grip pull ups: 3 sets
- Straight arm cable pulldown: 2 sets
- Lat pulldown: 2 sets
Chest:
4. Incline dumbbell press: 2 sets
5. Machine flyes: 2 sets
Shoulders:
6. Machine Lateral raise: 3 sets (1 drop set)
7. Dumbbell Rear delt flyes: 3 sets
Triceps:
8. Tricep pushdown: 2 sets (1 drop set)
9. Dumbbell skullcrusher: 1 set
Biceps:
10. Dumbbell curls: 2 sets
11. Hammer curls: 1 set
Upper day 2:
Routine mid and upper back focussed upper day:
Back:
- T-Bar rows: 3 sets
- Machine row: 3 sets
Chest:
4. Incline dumbbell press: 2 sets
5. Machine flyes: 2 sets

Question on following a girl
If I met a girl on vacation and have her number and get her suggested on instagram (contacts synchronised) should I follow her or not? I don’t really know her that well and we haven’t been on a date yet, she is still on vacation while I’m back already.
I don’t want to come over as creepy or as a stalker.
