Projected results of a rhinoplasty I want to get (details in post text

My plan:

I want the nose bridge to be made smaller, a radix correction, and my alar base to be made smaller (mainly nose wings pulled down)

I am also looking for a surgeon recommendation in the Netherlands + an approximated cost for a procedure and plan like this.

(21M) Currently growing out my hair. In this picture I styled it a lot before I went out. I recently picked up my first pair of glasses (I need them to see), I added a picture of them too. Would you recommend me growing out my hair more or doing something different with the style? Thanks.
