Looking For International Pmt Guidance
My friend in Canada is sending me roughly $45 for some US items they can't buy (USPS stamps) in Canada. I'm not super familiar with PayPal, but we will be using it for efficient. I want to confirm the all-up cost (amount they should send me). Here's what I found:
Item: $41
International fee: $2.05 (5%)
Currency conversion spread: $1.64 (4%)
Total: $44.69
Did I do the math right? Is the final figure what they should send to me?

Please Help - Mower Deck Hole
I have a rusted lawn mower deck. I bought it not knowing it had it. I tried to fix it with a cut-down Frisbee and gorilla glue. It did not hold. Any advice, please? The hole spews grass in the air whole mowing.

Online Stamps Order Tracking/ Phone Number 'not open'
Ordered stamps via USPS store online last week, without logging in (guest mode?). Got an order number, but no confirmation email (as the website said I should). Opened some kind of ticket, and was given this info:
You may call 1-800-STAMP-24 (1-800-782-6724) or email sfsdelivery.confirmation@usps.gov for an immediate status on your order. You can also find the status of your order if from your account Shipping History
Though at 3:30pm PST Monday, that phone number says "we're closed".
After I sent an email to the address above, I received no response (not even an automated answer).
The charge posted to my bank account May 26.
Any advice? Should I dispute with my bank?
