unrelated but ive been up for a while, ive heard of sporadic fatal insomnia but are there any other diseases/traumas/disorders that make you lose your ability to sleep?

i have a outside AC unit that suddenly stopped working long after a storm had passed. we had some pretty heavy rainfall. now it wont turn on anymore. neither the compressor or fan is running at all. the inside fan is blowing but the UNIT doesnt look like its getting any power. Anyone know what might be the issue?

i really dont have the money atm for a screwdriver to open it up, im fairly certain theres a bunch of dust in their but i have nothing to open it up and clean it out. any help?

im pretty late end game and im trying to find stuff to do in vanilla. are there any funny/cool glitches in the game to try

for the past couple of months my ps5 keeps giving me overheat warnings. and then after a while itll beep 3 times and suddenly turn off with 0 warning. ive popped the side panels off of it to blow the dust out of the vents but it conitnues to overheat anyway. i bought my ps5 in 2022 if thats helps. any advice?

im currently seeking a doctor and another neurologist to see if they can find the cause of whats causing my nerve damage. whatevers doing it is damaging every sensory nerve all at once. pain, pressure, vibration, sensation, tempature. has anyone else gone through something similar?

is there truly a stopping point for progressive diseases that cause neuropathy or do they just end up destroying everything?

are there or has there ever been any diseases/disoders that completely damage the bodys sensory pathways causing severe neuropathy?

i was hit with a neuropathy diagnoses a couple of years ago they never told me the cause. but it is eating my sensory nerves alive, i cant hardly feel my hands or feet or any part of my body at all. i try to keep myself in a cold room because the cold allows me to feel my body much more. i feel extremely numb in the heat. its rapidly progressive and its consuming everything, targeting every sensory nerve in my body all at once.

but even if it was a brain thing, my brain mri was clear. so was my cervical spine mri. so if it was my spinal cord or brain being damaged. why didnt it show up there. im so confused and lost. im not looking for a diagnosis. but i dont know what kind of doctor to look for. because my previous neurologist had no idea. i feel like a medical mystery and its so disheartening. im scared

im starting to lose my ability to walk and talk properly, i dont know whats happening to me. it all started a couple of years ago when i was starting tl lost a bit of sensation i got shrugged off and told it was all in my head. fast foward a couple of years later every month or two i keep losing large amounts of sensation in my body. im utterly terrified this is the end for me.

i cant feel my legs hands arms or feet. scared would be a understatement im petrified this is how i die. will it keep going until theres nothing left. it keeps progressing and i keep losing sensation. i can hardly feel my body anymore and it keeps getting worse. im scared.

im not to sure if this is the right place to ask but id like to learn how to use hex editors so i can change stuff and make edits to some of the games i own on my ds. any help would be much appreciated :>

hey there, ive never posted something like this before but i though i might as well give it a shot. as about myself i usually like writing and playing games in my free time! im more into FPS and Fighting games but im literally down to play just about anything. looking mainly for long term connections.

im a bit of a shutter bug myself i love taking pictures of the sky, i have a big camera roll dedicated to them :>. mostly pictures of the sunrise/sunset id love taking pictures of the moon if my camera was a bit better haha

i like to text alot and i can be kinda clingy with people i like speaking to, id prefer someone close in age range and inside the United States. as for anyone interested id love to know more about you if you wanna talk. C: also if you want let me ur favorite type of tree. i love cherry blossoms :>
