Buy BO6 Now or later?

I have Black Ops 7, and while I enjoy it, I'd like to buy Black Ops 6 because I like it even more. However, I want to play BO7 until the end of Season 6 so I get my money's worth out of the game. I just don't want to feel like I wasted money and leave it behind.

That's why I'm torn over whether I should buy Black Ops 6 now or not. It's on Steam for $28. Should I buy it later, and will it likely go on sale soon after the Black Ops 7 seasons end or just buy it now?

What the hell is this sound?

What is this sound? It's coming from the back of my PC, but I'm pretty sure it's not the GPU. When the speakers are on, it's coming through them, but when I turn them off, I can only hear it from the back. This wasn't happening before and it's driving me crazy, any idea what this might be?

Missed all the battle passes is BO6 still worth buying now?

I really like the look of BO6 but I'm kicking myself for not buying it sooner. I've missed every season's battle pass, so my skin collection is basically zero.

For those playing regularly, is the missed content something I can easily look past, or does it ruin the experience? Should I just buy it anyway?

Should I hold off on buying Black Ops 6?

I want to buy Black Ops 6, but I’ve been seeing a lot of posts from people who want Treyarch to bring the Black Ops 6 Zombies maps over to Black Ops 7. Personally, I really want them to bring the maps over, too. I was wondering if Treyarch might actually bring them over in a later season.

I already own BO7, so is it better to hold off until Season 6 and see if they bring the maps over to the newer game? If they don't, I could just buy BO6 later when it goes on sale again. What do you guys think?

What's wrong with tracers in this game?

What the heck is going on with tracers in this game? It's barely visible, like I can't see it at all. Are they gonna do something about this, or is this on purpose?

BO6 looks more realistic than BO7

I bought BO7 a month and a half ago, and I was enjoying it. However, yesterday I tried BO6 with Game Pass, and I think I like this game more than BO7. The graphics look more beautiful and realistic (at least to me), and it kinda ruined BO7 for me. Now, I feel like I wasted my money, well kinda. And I'm split between buying BO6 or not.

Sudden static/crackling noise from PC speakers

My speakers suddenly started making this weird, irregular crackling/fizzing sound (kind of sounds like a buzzing fly or static electricity). any idea what this is and how to fix it?

Getting 70 FPS with drops, but BO7 runs perfectly?

I'm trying BO6 with Game Pass and thinking about buying it, but in Liberty Falls and almost every map, I get 70 FPS, and it's dropping to 50 on groups of zombies. Settings are set on high with DLSS balanced, but even with Medium settings, I still get the same FPS, so no improvement whatsoever.

My GPU is an RTX 2080 Ti, and my CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with 32GB RAM, which is within the Recommended specs, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. I don't have this problem in Black Ops 7, I get 110–115 FPS on the same settings. I would appreciate the help.

(I tried every upscaling option and even turning it completely off, and it's still the same.)

Should i rebuild second Steam account?

So, long story short, I got banned in one game for some stupid reason, and now I have to switch account every time I want to play that game, and it's kinda uncomfortable. Does it make sense to rebuy apps and games, like Wallpaper Engine and other things, on this second account and rebuild it?

Restored account still seems tied to the phone number used during signup. Not sure what to do.

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help because I'm honestly confused and don't know whether I can trust this account anymore.

I created this Google account about a month and a half ago. During signup, I used a family member's phone number for the initial verification. After creating the account, I added my own phone number, my own recovery email, and also generated backup verification codes. I thought the account was fully switched over to my own recovery information.

A few days ago, the account was disabled. The message said it "looks like this account was created or used with multiple other accounts to violate Google's policies" and that it "might have been created by a computer program or bot." I appealed the decision, explained my situation, and Google approved the appeal and restored my account.

Here's what's worrying me.

The first time I signed in after the account was restored, Google asked me to verify with my own phone number first, but then it still asked for my family member's phone number at the end. That really concerned me because I don't want to depend on someone else's phone every time I need to sign in.

After that, I signed out and tested signing in again a few times, both with and without a VPN, just to see what would happen. This time it only asked for my own phone number. I also clicked "Try another way," and my family member's phone number wasn't even listed anymore. It only showed my backup codes.

Now I'm confused. Was the first sign-in just a one-time security check after the account was restored, or could Google suddenly ask for my family member's phone number again in the future? That's what worries me the most. I don't want to find myself in a situation where I urgently need access to my account and suddenly it asks for a phone number that isn't mine.

Has anyone experienced something similar after an account was restored? Is there any way to know whether the account is now fully tied to my own phone number, or is there still a chance it could ask for the original signup phone number again?

I'd really appreciate any advice because I don't feel comfortable relying on this account unless I know it's no longer dependent on someone else's phone.

Thanks in advance.

Restored account still asks for the original phone number used during signup. What should I do?

Hi all,

A few days ago, my Google account was disabled. The message said "It looks like this account was created or used with multiple other accounts to violate Google's policies. The account might have been created by a computer program or bot. this is what it said"

I appealed the decision and Google approved it, so my account was restored.

The issue now is that when I sign in, it first verifies my own phone number, but then it still asks for the original phone number that was used when the account was created (a family member’s number). I’ve already added my own phone number, recovery email, and backup codes to the account, but it still requires the original number.

I don’t want to depend on someone else every time I sign in.

Is there any way to remove the requirement for the original phone number?

Also, is it safe to create a new Google account after something like this, or could it trigger the same issue again?

Thanks for any advice.

Is BO6 Armory fixed?

Hi, I'm planning to buy BO6 mainly for Zombies, and I'm wondering if the Armory is fixed. To unlock the Amax and other guns, can I just play MP or Zombies and unlock them?

Gmail disabled, worried about losing COD account linked to Steam

Hi, I'm in a really tough situation. My Gmail got disabled, and God knows if I will get access back to it or not. I'm currently signed into my Steam account, and the login is saved. A phone number is also added to my Steam account as well.

So, in case I lose access to my Gmail, what do I do to change my Call of Duty email to a new one? Will it be tough? Also, for Steam, I believe I can update the email using my phone number verification, but I’m not fully sure
