There was a small white dog in the middle of the street on Tennyson last night, and almost got hit by cars a few times. I tried to approach them, but poor thing was really scared kept running away. I tried following them from a distance while searching for anyone who might be able to pick them up on my phone, but I didn't have any luck with that. Eventually, the dog managed to lose me.

Thought I'd make a post in case it would be helpful to someone trying to locate their missing dog.

My bike has quick release levers on the seat post and wheels. I use an angle grinder resistant U-lock to secure the rear wheel and frame, but need a solution for the front wheel which has a dynamo and the seat post.

I'm torn between getting a cable that's looped through them and attached to the U-lock, or getting replacement skewers and seat clamps that use a special key to fasten the bolts.

Which one seems more secure and less of a hassle for daily commuting?
