Whenever I do a hyrox sim or hyrox, hours after I get really bad nausea and acid reflux.

Any advice or tips??

Anybody recommend and travel groups that run solo holidays to go see orcas in the wild?

Iv been diagnosed adhd via right to choose on nhs with pshchiatry UK.

I had a bad experience with titration being rushed to increase dosages causing side effects.

I have stopped titration with psych uk. Am I able to go private with someone else?

37kg lab had yeast ear infection. They gave 5mg prednisolone once a day for 5 days.

Day 1- 5mg
Day 2- either one dose or two doses one in morning and possibly one in evening as partner wasn’t sure and thinks he may have done it twice
Day 3-5mg
Day 4- didn’t have did to being involved in car crash (without the dog)

Today is day 5 and dog is lethargic, lost appetite this morning and slowly came back this evening. He is a manic lab and now really docile.

Went to vets this morning and they said vitals are ok and ear is ok and to bring him back in tomorrow.

Could this be related to the steroids??

Anybody advice jumpers knee support braces ?
Or knee sleeves for workouts in the UK?

Currently suffering first ever jumpers knee pain.

I did CF workout involving split jerks and then the WOD lots skipping and KB snatched.

2 hours later noticed pain in Right knee and by evening struggled to move.
It feels better the next day but still got a limp.

No swelling. Nothing at the time of the workout caused pain in my knee.

Would knee sleeve help??

Not seeking medical advice as I have got physio referral but more other crossfitters experience.

I suspect a meniscus injury. GP hasn’t seen me but awaiting a referral to physio. Can anybody recommend a brace for support?

I’m on 50mg elvanse with increased resting heart rate of 80-90 bpm.

My prescriber is asking if my symptoms have improved and when these meds wear off. I do feel better on elvanse but in evening can get an anxiety crash.

Will they let me try atomoxetine so I can see how a non stimulant would feel?

Iv been on elvanse 30mg-50mg but Resting heart rate is 80ish bpm and going up to 130ish when getting up and walking around.

I’m waiting to hear back if this is ok.

I only have about 3/4 weeks left of titration as I keep reading there is a 12 week limit.

Would they have time to try me on non stimulant medication Atomoxetine?

I’m noticing them in the late afternoon/evening

Went to optician and told I have GPC and given eye drops for dry eyes.

Eyes still sore and itchy.

What else will help get rid of GPC?

I’m on 50mg and noticed after high intensity workout at 10 I’m having palpitations and heart rate sat at 100bpm 4 hours later still.

Any advice/tips?

What nursery support can be offered if they get a diagnosis of autism?

My sons neurodisability dr wants to play waiting game but nursery seem shocked he hasn’t been diagnosed and want to try and see what they can do.

What support would he get if he gets the diagnoses in nursery vs without?

I suffer shortness of breath when end of ovulation. I think this is due to increase in progesterone.

What contraceptive pill will help prevent this?

I’m currently on no birth control.
