New to reps — where do you usually get packages shipped?

Hey everyone, new to the rep world here.

I recently placed my first order and it hasn’t shipped yet — still waiting on QC, etc. In the meantime, I was curious: where do you all usually have your packages delivered?

Do you ship directly to your home, use a PO box, or have it sent somewhere else?

I’ve seen a few posts about delivery/privacy concerns, and I’ve also noticed people unboxing their packages in their cars, which made me wonder if avoiding home delivery is common.

Would appreciate any advice on what you guys typically do and why. Thanks!

Luxury “Mom Bag” Recommendations — Ferragamo Hug, LV, or Something Else?

Hello all!

I’m looking for a mom bag — not really a diaper bag, but a nice everyday luxury bag that can hold all the random things I need as a mom, especially while driving/running errands.

Ideally, I’d like something that can be carried as a tote/handbag but also has a shoulder or crossbody strap so I can wear it on my side when I need my hands free. I want it to be roomy and practical, but still polished and not scream “mom bag.”

I’ve been looking at the Ferragamo Hug and some Louis Vuitton options, but I’m very open to other brands/styles. I’d love something durable enough that I don’t have to baby it.

Luxury-bag moms, please enlighten me! What bag are you actually using and loving? ❤️

New to reps – question about Chanel flap bags

Hi everyone!

I’m pretty new to the rep world and have been doing a lot of research on Chanel flap bags. The authentic version is way out of my budget, but I really love the design, so I’ve been considering getting a high-quality rep.

I’ve seen so many beautiful Chanel flaps posted here, and I already have a seller in mind with a price I’m comfortable with, but I keep thinking about this before actually purchasing:

If someone notices your bag and asks, “Is that Chanel?” how do you usually respond?

Do you tell them it’s a rep, say it’s inspired, just say yes and move on, or handle it another way?

I’m not looking to pass a rep off as authentic or mislead anyone. I’m genuinely just curious about the general etiquette in the rep community and how people personally handle those situations.
Also, are high-quality reps usually made from real animal leather/skin as well, or does that depend on the seller or factory? I’d love to understand more about the materials used before buying.

I’d love to hear your experiences, especially from anyone who carries Chanel reps regularly.

Thanks! 💕

best seller for VCA gold bracelet: Funny, Gavivi, or AC?

Hi everyone! I’m new to the rep world and I’m constantly lurking on this sub 😂 Thank you all for sharing so much helpful info!

I finally placed my first rep order with Gavivi, and while I’m waiting for it to arrive, I’m already looking at what I want next. I really want to add a VCA gold bracelet to my collection, and eventually a VCA gold pendant too.

From searching the sub, it seems like Funny is usually recommended for VCA, but I’ve also seen some recent posts mentioning issues with orders from her. I’ve seen AC and Gavivi recommended as well, and it looks like Gavivi and Funny are pretty close in price.

I know there are already plenty of “who does it best?” posts, but the recent feedback seems like a bit of a mixed bag, so I wanted to ask specifically: has anyone recently purchased a VCA bracelet in gold from Funny, Gavivi, or AC?

Looking for recommendations for skin tag removal postpartum

I gained weight during pregnancy and developed quite a few skin tags, especially around my underarms, neck, and face. They’re really bothering me aesthetically and I’d like to have them removed.
I’m with Kaiser and spoke with my PCP, but she felt there wasn’t really a need to treat them since they’re cosmetic. I understand that, but I personally don’t feel comfortable with them and would really like to get them taken care of.
For those who have had skin tags removed, can you recommend a dermatologist or local place that actually treats/removes them, particularly if it’s considered cosmetic?
Also, did anyone notice them improving or going away after losing the pregnancy weight, or did you ultimately need to have them removed?
Would really appreciate recommendations for places/dermatologists you’ve personally had a good experience with. Thank you!

New to reps – question about Cartier Love bracelet engravings

Hi everyone! I’m new to the rep world and have been researching the Cartier Love bracelet. The authentic version is way out of my budget, so I’m considering getting a high-quality rep because I really love the design.
I had a couple of questions:
Do the better reps usually come with the Cartier engravings and hallmarks, or are there sellers who make them without the branding?
If someone notices your bracelet and asks, “Is that Cartier?”, how do you usually respond? Do you tell them it’s a rep, say it’s Cartier-inspired, or something else?
I’m not looking to pass it off as authentic—I was just curious what the general etiquette is within the community. I’d love to hear how you all handle those situations.
Thanks!

How to plan? Is a gold chit scheme worth it, or is it better to buy gold directly?

How do you plan and budget for buying gold regularly?

I currently participate in a 10-month gold accumulation plan at CBJ. However, whenever the plan matures, I usually end up paying a significant additional amount out of pocket to purchase the ornament I want.

I originally thought gold chit schemes were beneficial because they may offer advantages such as waived or reduced making charges. But I’m now wondering whether they are actually a good way to plan gold purchases.

For those who have experience with these schemes:

  • Is paying into a gold chit or gold accumulation plan a good idea?
  • Is it better to buy gold immediately with whatever amount I currently have?
  • Do the waived or reduced making charges actually make the scheme worthwhile?
  • Is it better to use the plan to purchase ornaments, or buy a gold biscuit or coin instead?
  • I would like to start accumulating at least 1 gram of gold every month, depending on my savings. Where do you usually buy small quantities of gold from?
  • Is buying 1 gram every month a practical approach, or would it be better to save the money and buy a larger quantity later?
  • How do you save continuously for gold without having to pay a large additional amount when the chit matures?
  • Do you set aside a fixed monthly amount, buy small quantities regularly, or wait and make one larger purchase?

I would love to hear how others plan their gold purchases and whether gold schemes have genuinely helped you save money.

Small luxury crossbody bag to celebrate becoming a mom after infertility

I usually wear small crossbody bags, and that has been my style for years. I mainly need enough space for my iPhone, wallet, lip balm, and a few small essentials. I currently have a Gucci Ophidia pochette.

I recently became a mom after going through infertility, and I would love to gift myself a special bag to celebrate everything I went through to get here.

I really like the small red Gucci GG Marmont crossbody bag, but I have seen quite a few negative opinions about the Marmont collection, so now I am second-guessing it.

Could you please suggest a small luxury crossbody bag that fits my simple, practical style but still feels meaningful and special enough to represent this achievement? I would especially love something timeless, easy to use, and not too large. TIA ❤️

Breastfeeding snack recommendations that actually keep you full? and boost supply

I’m breastfeeding/pumping and I feel hungry so often, especially between meals and during/after feeds.

My in-laws live with us, so I don’t always feel comfortable just going to the kitchen and grabbing food whenever I need to. I’m trying to keep some easy snacks near me so I don’t get to the point where I’m starving or shaky.

I’ve tried Munchkin Milkmakers so far, but there are so many lactation snacks and breastfeeding-friendly snack options that I’m overwhelmed.

Can you please share what snacks you bought that actually helped you stay full and supported milk supply too? I’m looking for easy grab-and-go options—bars, cookies, drinks, Costco/Target/Amazon finds, anything shelf-stable or quick to eat.

What worked for you?

Will I Be Judged for Wanting Another Baby?

I have two kids. My first was conceived naturally, without really trying, and it happened on the first attempt. Because of that, I felt confident that it would happen the same way again when we tried for our second.

But maybe because of my age or timing, it didn’t happen that way. It took over a year of trying, an HSG, and three IUIs to conceive our second baby. I recently had my second child, and at my recent checkup, my OB/GYN asked if I was done having kids.

During my fertility appointments, when I was asked how many children I wanted, I always said three. I truly meant it. At the time, though, we were mainly focused on just conceiving our second.

Now that my second baby is here, I waited to see if the feeling of wanting another child would change or go away after delivery, but it hasn’t. I still feel like I want one more.

My OB/GYN mentioned that because age is a factor and I am currently healthy, she would refer me to infertility sooner this time, instead of making me wait a full year of trying again. She also mentioned that appointments can be far out, which I already experienced last time when I had to wait about three months just for the infertility department to call me.

I guess my question is: would it be selfish of me to pursue IVF even though I already have two children?

I know so many people struggle deeply to conceive even one child, and I was in that space while trying for my second. I know how mentally heavy every step can be. Because of that, I feel guilty even wanting another baby of my own.

Will I be judged for wanting a third child? Has anyone else been in a similar situation where they already had children but still needed fertility treatment for another? I would really appreciate any advice or perspective.

Best men’s brands for clean, relaxed, quiet luxury style

My husband’s birthday is coming up in about 10 days, and I want to take him shopping and help him refresh his wardrobe.
He’s in his early 30s and works in tech, so his everyday uniform is basically T-shirts, hoodies, and jeans like a typical software engineer. 😅
I personally love the look of relaxed, clean, summery outfits on men—linen shirts, lightweight fabrics, neutral colors, and non-jean pants. I’d love to see him in more button-down shirts, linen pieces, and elevated casual outfits that look effortless but still feel comfortable.
The problem is I have no idea where to shop. I’m looking for brands that feel and look luxurious, have good quality fabrics, and aren’t overly flashy. Think relaxed, coastal, quiet luxury vibes.
Budget is flexible if the quality is worth it.
What brands or stores would you recommend for:
Linen shirts
Relaxed trousers/chinos (non-jeans)
Elevated casual wear for men in their early 30s
Summer/vacation-style outfits that still work for everyday life
Bonus points if your husband made a similar transition from tech-guy T-shirts and jeans to a more polished style. Please help me out!
